Hope you are having a great day! Today, I am reviewing a body wash from Dove’s Purely Pampering range. This is the Dove Shea Butter With Warm Vanilla Body Wash.

My Experience with Dove Purely Pampering Shea Butter Body Wash:

Dove’s range of “Purely Pampering” products containing body washes and body lotions is meant to nourish and pamper! There are four variants available in this range:

• Almond Cream With Hibiscus.
• Shea Butter With Warm Vanilla.
• Coconut Milk With Jasmine Petals.
• Pistachio Cream With Magnolia.

My Take on Dove Purely Pampering Shea Butter Body Wash:

The Dove Shea Butter With Warm Vanilla Body Wash comes in a white flip top bottle with a pale brown cap. The bottle is opaque, which means you cannot see how much product is left. The cap closes tightly and you can travel with it.

The body wash is cream in color and has a very thick and creamy texture. It lathers really well and a small amount is enough to produce rich, luxurious foam with your loofah. This is keeping in line with all of the other body washes in Dove’s Purely pampering range. The lather feels almost like a mousse.

This body wash smells quite good. It has the warm, sweet smell of vanilla and shea butter. I do love both of these scents by themselves. Together, they smell even better!

The scent lasts on my skin for a few hours. This is quite good as most body washes do not seem to have any lingering fragrance at all. Layering with the coordinating Dove Purely Pampering Nourishing Lotion with Shea Butter and Warm Vanilla would help you retain the scent on your body throughout the day.

This body wash is quite creamy but does not leave the skin feeling greasy. This body wash claims to contain Shea Butter and Dove’s NutriumMoisture. My skin feels quite moisturized and hydrated after rinsing off. I do not feel any dryness even if I skip the body lotion. This is a great body wash for the coming winter!

Pros of Dove Purely Pampering Shea Butter Body Wash:

• Comforting warm sweet scent of vanilla and shea butter.
• Very creamy texture that lathers really well.
• Leaves skin feeling smooth and silky.
• The fragrance lingers on the skin at least for a few hours.
• Rich luxurious lather feels almost like a mousse.
• Does not leave any greasy residue on the skin, in spite of being so creamy.
• Does not irritate the skin in any way.
• Travel-friendly packaging.

Cons of Dove Purely Pampering Shea Butter Body Wash:

• May not be available in India yet.

Would I Recommend Dove Purely Pampering Shea Butter Body Wash?

The Dove “Purely Pampering” range is wonderful! This ‘Shea Butter With Warm Vanilla’ body wash too does not disappoint. It smells so warm and cozy. Do try this when you get a chance.
