Dussehra Festive Eye Makeup Tutorial

I’m here to show you my festive makeup look. Hope you are all having awesome time with family and friends. Last year I was in India and had best time with my family from both sides and ate lots of food, I love the beautiful mirrored lehangas and bandhinisarees for rasgarbha. Today we have an event here for Garbha so I came up with this look. This look can also be worn for any Indian parties and weddings.

You can use any of the products you have in the similar shades or you can use your creativity to use new colors and come up with a festive look. This goes very well with any Indian outfits and I’m sure you will receive lot of compliments, I don’t like to use bold colors and for some this might be very simple but you can definitely amp up the look by intensifying the colors. Bronzy color can also be replaced with gold depending on the outfit you wear.

Step 1: Prep your eyes by applying eye shadow primer and blend with your fingers or blending brush .This helps to keep the eyeshadows in place without budging and also intensifies the colors.

Step 2: Take shader brush/highlighter brush and apply MAC woodwinked on the upper lid area and I used the RT precision brushfor precisely applying it to inner half.

Step 3: I took a pink blush (I couldn’t find my pink eye shadow. For that fact you can take any pink eyeshadow from your collection) and apply it to the crease area blending it well with the MAC eyeshadow.

Step 4: I took a flesh color (2nd color from the 1st row) from the NYX palette with crease brush (you can take any color close to you skin-tone) and blend the pink color to remove any harsh edges.
