My Take on ELF Studio Single Eyeshadow in Purple Passion:

I really love the shade purple.  I was in search of a good eye shadow at a budget price and I found this cute shade on the ELF website.

Let me share the swatches first.

The “Purple Passion” eyeshadow is highly pigmented and the texture overall is very soft and creamy which I totally like :) There is slight shimmer which is not much noticeable.  About the lasting power, I wore this after applying my Benefit Girl Primer and I noticed no creasing or fading even after hours of application, almost 6+ hours which is awesome.  For this price, the lasting power is awesome.

This shade is totally wearable during the day time too as it has little shimmer.  Also, this can be applied with a wet brush to prolong its wear.  I really loved this :) If you don’t want to spend too much money on high-end products, but still need to play around with shades, then ELF Single Shadows are for you as you can get all the vibrant colors and experiment.  I have ordered for more single shadows and once I get them, I will swatch those too :) I really recommend this:)

Pros of ELF Studio Single Eyeshadow in Purple Passion:

  • Great value for money.
  • Easy to blend and apply.
  • Doesn’t irritate the eyes.
  • Full list of ingredients mentioned.
  • A variety of shades to choose from.
  • Comes in a nice packaging with mirror casing.
  • Easy to carry around the shadow around.
  • Staying power of the shadow increases if a good primer is used.

Cons of ELF Studio Single Eyeshadow in Purple Passion:

  • Non-availability in India.
  • No applicator is provided.

I can’t find any other cons  O:)

This shadow is a good one for the price :) I really recommend this.

that’s a very pretty grape purple. I think I have a similar one in my CS 88 palette. I wear it sometimes. :))
