Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream Review

Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream

Elizabeth Arden green tea was the first perfume I purchased. I liked the light, fresh and clean scent and repurchased it couple of times. Other Elizabeth Arden fragrances didn’t impress me much except for the “pretty” frangrance. The other fragrances seem to be for mature ladies and I regularly purchase them for my mum, mum in law and aunts when visiting them.

Today’s product was purchased quite a while back and I have been using it from the past 6 months. This is a body cream which has honey drops. The tub is huge so I purchased it because it looked like value for money and also had my favourite green tea scent.

My take on Elizabeth Arden Green Tea Honey Drops Body Cream:

This comes in a huge tub with around 500g of product. Cream consistency and has honey drops which look like pollen. These are tiny brown granules with cream but they melt off instantly when they get in contact with heat during application. The cream is little bit light than body butter and heavier than a lotion. I use my fingers to get the product out and don’t bother using a spatula as this is a body cream and not a face cream. The fragrance is the typical green tea fragrance and is suitable to use any time of the day. It’s strong, but has a lovely light dry down scent that is pleasant and herbal/citrus smelling. Despite the texture of the product which is very creamy, it doesn’t leave your skin feeling sticky after application. They get absorbed onto the skin real quick leaving it feeling soft. Used after a shower this feels so good and the softness is evident right away, without any greasy or oily residue. My skin is moisturised well and the fragrance sometimes lasts even the next day. Since it is such a huge tub you can share this cream with your mum or sisters.
