My experience with Elle 18 Primrose Blush Color Boost Lipstick :
Elle 18 Color Boost lipsticks come in a pretty pink and black color case. The cover is neon pink in color and the base is black. The name and of the shade is mentioned at the base of the lipstick. The case closes with a click and is definitely travel-friendly. Packaging is definitely attractive, especially considering the price.
Primrose Blush is a dusty pink color. There’s nothing unique about this color. This color doesn’t look milky or neon in the hand swatch but when applied on lips, it looks a bit milky. Though if applied in a single swipe, it’s more of a MLBB color. This color can be worn at colleges or when you don’t want to bring much attention to your lips. Where Red Passion was a bold red color which will look great in summers and parties and scream outs attention to your lips, this one is r lips. This color will suit almost fair to medium skin tones. This new range has dual core. The outer part is pink in color and is lighter and the inner core is of berry color.
It is nicely pigmented. It covers the pigmentation of my lips in a two swipes. Single wipe just gives a subtle hint of pink color to my lips. It glides very effortlessly and smoothly on my lips. It isn’t very buttery or creamy but is soft enough. It stays on my lips for about 3-4 hours and survives and drinks. It isn’t very moisturizing but and will definitely require a lip balm beneath it in winters. It doesn’t bleed or settle in fine lines.

This color is good for daily, casual wear and the texture and quality is definitely great considering the price but it’s not a must-have color for me.
