I am 27 years old with normal body skin. I have a small query regarding epilators. I have been shaving to remove body hair since almost 10 years now. I don’t suffer from ingrown hair or any type of discomfort due to shaving. I recently tried waxing twice but had terrible rashes on my arms and legs, both times. The rashes took almost 10 days to heal. Waxing really scares me now. I am thinking of buying an epilator now since shaving gives hairless skin for only a day L. I have already tried epilator and it did not cause me any discomfort. So I want to buy an epilator. Please suggest some good epilator along with prices.

, i think the best one according to me is the Phillips one which has the cold pack with it 
, you can go to croma or other phillips stores to get a free trial and see if it works for you 
it must be between 1000 to 3000 rs or braun . you can get them at any big appliance store and if you are in delhi , i saw one store in CP . But i would suggest you checkout places close to your house

Philips cold pack one is I think around Rs. 5k…Don’t want to spend so much right now. Maybe after I use epilator for few months, I will buy a better one.
I checked croma website..They stock only men grooming products. Couldn’t find epilators. Will go to a store and find out. Which shop in CP..? Do you remember the name..

but you should nto buy from Cp they sell really high price peey , when i went to kamla nagar croma , i saw that epilator there :/ , if u wanto buy the 2000 one then its okay 
but they are a bit old school epilators and they dont have many functions or an ice pack

Philips has 2 products for Girls in Removing hairs, 1 is Epilator which cost you around 1500/- & 1 is Ladyshave which will cost you for b/w Rs.800-900.. i personally prefer you the Epilator 1 coz my friend has used dat & she found quite comfortable to use.
Take Care :rose: of your skin & avoid waxing as it sometimes doesn’t suit everybody’s skin.. :puchhi:
Swati..Rs. 1500 sounds a good deal. i want to try first because I am not sure how my skin will reacts to epilator with continuous usage. Do you know which model no. is it..?

i have philips epilator — the one which comes with cold pack— it is by far the best one since it comes with 2 attachments – shaving blades and epilating blades . . . .
but yeah … u hv problem thts similar to mine … waxing gives me red rashes …. epilator is not tht painful BUT STILL THEY GIVE ME RASHES . . . my rashes go away within an hour

yups have two epilators … the one i used b4 is also from philips on … its just a epilator widout the ice pack one … n no extra attachments .. tht one is pretty cheap … arnd 2k

Prachi, I have the braun silk epil 7681and it doesn’t irritate a bit. I find it very comfortable to use. It is a wet and dry epilator and they have many accesories to make it less painful. You might probably want to check out braun before getting philips because ppl had adviced me the same before I got mine.

Actually it is the silk epil 7 xpressive pro. They have also numbered the model as 7681
They actually let me try. Since I am very very pain-intolerant, I tested it a bit on my hand.
