I am in love with their new nail products that were launched for Spring-Summer 2016 and I have picked top coats, nail polishes, strengtheners and still have a lot to buy! My makeup closet is only filled with nail products of lately. So read on to know more about the new nail strengthener, launched by Essence, the Studio Nails Green Power Strengthener.

My Experience with Essence Studio Nails Green Power Strengthener:

‘Green Power’ was the first factor why I picked this product! I have been taking care of my nails really well recently and I wanted to try this as my nails are prone to brittle ends. And, with 80% organic ingredients, I couldn’t resist myself from putting this one in my beauty basket.

The product comes in a transparent glass bottle with a white cap with green hues mentioning the green power. The nail polish is clear. The brush of the strengthener is very good and it eases the application on nails. The strengthener also dries very quickly. Within 15-20 seconds the strengthener completely dries off and it is quite good. It has to be used as a base coat and then you can apply your nail polish. The strengthener eased out the fine lines I had and when continued with a nail polish it gave a very nice and smooth look.

I have been using strengthening nail products for quite some time now and I have had big differences to my nails from very soft/brittle/breaking nails to strong and long nails. One of the reasons I wanted to buy this strengthener is for my toenails. I have neglected that part and it needed some good maintenance. I have been using this for the past 2 weeks and I have seen a considerable difference in my toenails.

My brittle nails are completely healed. I have never seen any peeling off and minor cracks on my nails. I have a light yellowish tint and discoloration on my nails, and those issues have also been reducing. I am yet to see whether the effects are temporary or permanent. But, other than that, if you need a strengthener for making your nails strong and to reduce breakage, this nail strengthener is for you. Even though there are a lot of chemicals I also see names of few ingredients which are natural so I want to believe that there are some organic ingredients.
