My Experience with Eva Exotic Spicy Twists Honeysuckle Spark Deodorant:

I finished all my deos last week and I had to get a new one urgently because I can’t even think of managing without a deo in this extremely hot and humid weather. I seriously don’t want people to make faces because it’s getting impossible to sit next to me in library during a power cut. 😛 I get extremely conscious when I forget to apply a deodorant 😛 Anyway, I went to buy some stuff from a local store at about 9 pm and it was on the verge of closing. They had switched off half of their lights. I could only get a face wash, a sunscreen and a rubber band because they were lying at the main counter. Then I realized I need a deo as well. I picked up this deo from Eva just because it had a bright, attractive packaging and I thought Eva deodorants have nice fragrance. Now, I wish I had checked the fragrance out there.

Coming to the product, Eva Spicy Twists Honeysuckle Deodorant comes in a bright pink colored bottle with orange cap and bottom. The packaging is very bright and attractive. I liked it so much that I bought this deo just because I could spot this bright packaging from far in the entire big shelf of deodorants.

True to its description, it does have the fragrance of ginger in it. In fact, it smells full of spices. It’s like you are standing in the kitchen while your mom is putting “tadka” in the daal.  There’s nothing girly, sweet or cute about the fragrance. In fact, after applying this deo, I feel even more conscious.  I applied it continuously for 2 days and the third day, my best friend said to me that don’t you think your deodorant is a bit weird. 😛 sometimes, I think it can actually trigger an allergy attack in people prone to allergies.

Though I didn’t like the fragrance at all, it has all the other good properties which a deodorant should have. It doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin at all. It doesn’t leave any marks on my shirts. I remember one deo from Nivea left white marks on my shirts, I am glad this one doesn’t. The fragrance stays on for about 4-5 hours. It has a very strong fragrance so there’s no chance somebody could smell any sweat or anything else from you while you have applied this. I have never felt the need to spray large quantities of this deo because of the strong fragrance.

Pros of Eva Exotic Spicy Twists Honeysuckle Spark Deodorant:

• Doesn’t irritate my skin.
• Stays on for about 4-5 hours.
• Doesn’t leave marks on clothes.
• Small quantity required.

Cons of Eva Exotic Spicy Twists Honeysuckle Spark Deodorant:

• I don’t like the fragrance at all. It is too spicy and too strong for me to like.

Will I Repurchase/Do I Recommend Eva Exotic Spicy Twists Honeysuckle Spark Deodorant?

No, not at all. The fragrance of ginger and all other spices makes me smell very weird. I won’t even think of buying it again and I won’t recommend it to you too. I love you people too much to recommend this deo to you.  There are lots of other nice deos from Eva itself which you can buy.
