Fab Bag March 2016 Review – Love it!

Heylo everyone! Happy Holi!

Hope you all are having fun with colors! I am here with the review of this month’s Fab Bag.  To be honest, Fab Bag never ceases to surprise! You have seen Rati raving about Sugar Cosmetics matte lip crayon in her Fab Bag review here, and this month’s bag has a full-sized Sugar Cosmetics It’s A-Pout Time! Vivid Lipstick! A treat for sure and for me especially since I got the gorgeous “The Big Bang Berry” shade which complements dusky and dark skin tones so well.  Check out the other goodies in my bag 🙂

I got a total of 5 products – two skin care, two hair care, and one makeup item.  Out of these, the lipstick and Just Herbs Elixir are full-sized ones!
Fab bag March review

Wella Elements Renewing Shampoo:

I love this shampoo, absolutely! I would call it a travel-sized version because I could get up to 3 hair washes out of it. The fragrance is subtle and the best thing about it – it’s sulphate and paraben free.  This shampoo claims to contain Nutree complex enriched with natural green tea extract to help protect hair against keratin degeneration. Even though it’s sulphate free, this shampoo lathers really well and makes my hair scalp squeaky clean without stripping away the natural oil.

Wella Elements Renewing Mask:

This hair mask from Wella is free of sulphate and parabens too.  I have used it right after shampooing (skipping the conditioner) and it has helped to tame the frizz.  The best thing about this mask is its subtle yet lovely fragrance though.

Just Herbs Elixir Facial Serum:

This one is a face serum and it seems like a strong concoction of ayurvedic ingredients and I hope to see good results on my skin.  I have just started to use it hence cannot comment on its effectiveness just yet.

Suganda Neem Green Tea Plant Mask:

Again, the quantity provided is a little more than sample size.  This 25 gm tub would last more than 3 to 4 uses.  I am gung-ho about using this pack because it has some really good acne-fighting ingredients like neem and green tea. Then, there’s organic rice too! A bit of concern for me is that my skin feels a bit stretchy and dry post use, so moisturizing right after using the face mask is a must.

Sugar Cosmetics It’s A-Pout Time! Vivid Lipstick! in The Big Bang Berry:

Saving the best for the last! I lurvvvve this lipstick, it’s long staying and the color is gorgeous! You can wear it as a stain during daytime or as a full-blown berry plum color for parties.
Berry lipstick

I do think it’s better than L’Oreal’s JLo lipstick, both texture and formula wise, also taking into consideration the price (L’Oreal is 999 INR whereas Sugar Big Bang is 599). I am truly impressed by Sugar Cosmetics and I would like to check out the other shades as well. Rati has swatched all four lipsticks from this range here, go ogle 😛

This lipstick is worth INR 599, that’s like the price of one-month subscription, and you get so many products for just 599.

Special mention about this month’s bag itself – it’s a silver, glittery pouch with ample space to stock in your other travel-sized goodies 🙂

So, aren’t you impressed? Grab your own Fab Bag now!

Product sent over by the brand, but as always, my review is completely honest 🙂
