My Say on Faces Canada Foam Away Mousse Cleanser:
So, here is my review on another fabulous Faces product, but this time, I want to talk about one of the skin care stuff. It is their face wash that is more or less my HG face wash now. I am a little hesitant because I have been using it from the last 10 days or so and it had done a great job for my dry skin, but I actually want to see if it works as wonderfully in summers too, so that I can call it my “complete HG product” though I am certain and even the SA at the Faces store ascertained me that it would work great on my (as well as on other) skin types all the year round. :pray:
The main focus for my skin is that it becomes extremely dry in the winters and oily in hot weather. So, I try to use cream-based face washes in the winters and gel/normal face washes in summers, but in both cases, my skin becomes dry at most times. So, I needed a change in my face wash routine and instantly picked this up from the Faces outlet without second thoughts and it is working really well for me. :victory2:
The face wash, unlike any other face wash I had used till date, is actually foam based. When you squeeze the nozzle to remove the product, it comes out as foam in your hand which you just have to slightly run off on your face and neck region. It is absolutely soft and light on the skin and does not feel like rubbing anything at all on your face, but it cleanses thoroughly. :yes:
It does not sting at all the eyes or even any cut/bruised area on the face, which might be there on the skin. I have been using it twice a day and even in this cold and dry weather, it leaves my face squeaky clean without any stretchy or dry skin. Though the dry air makes me to apply my crème/moisturizer, but that can easily be delayed after using this face wash.
Apart from the dust and impurities, it even removes the makeup easily, just that my waterproof mascara does not come off with one wash though the face wash removes it to quite an extent. The face looks clean, soft and radiant after using this foam-away face wash. :pompom:
Quite a little is required for a single wash. I usually press 3/4th part of the white cap/nozzle provided and enough product is discharged that easily takes care of my face/neck and hands. The bottle is plastic, see-through kind and the cap/nozzle is quite unique and easy-to-operate kind. The nozzle is itself covered with a transparent plastic cap for extra durability and complete packaging is extremely travel friendly. Even the sea-green colored liquid makes the overall look attractive.
Although it is a bit on the expensive side, but considering the amount of product required for a single wash, this is easily going to last me for more than 3 months for sure.
The product is mentioned to be for “combination” skin people, but I have used it on myself and even my husband who has oily skin and it worked fabulously on him. There was no hint of oil on his face for many hours. I was super impressed by this fact and I am sure that all the combination and oily-skinned ladies would definitely want to check this product out. As I tend to sweat a lot in very hot weather, so that’s why I am quite sure that this face wash is going to work on my skin all the year round. :jaiho:

faces is truly a great brand with fab and reasonable products!..it is my go to brand now

i am such a Olay loyalist and this is after trying plenty of brands out there including Biotique, Nivea, fabIndia, Body Shop, Himalaya and VLCC but now Faces!!!! :headbang: i am so tempted to try this after reading the review..if i feel like this after 2 weeks shall buy it..lemme smarten up a bit :whistle:
