Start of the week has been really hectic for me! Just waiting for the week to finish now. This time, Delhi’s summer is making me go crazy 🙁 . So coming back to the review, today I have another shampoo variant for you guys from Farma Vita called the Mint Refreshing Shampoo. I already reviewed 1 of their shampoo’s recently. I bought this shampoo since I got impressed with the refreshing mint part of it.
This is my first experience with this brand and I am still exploring the various hair care products they offer. Read below to know more about this product…

My Take on Farma Vita Back Bar Mint Refresh Shampoo:
Packaging: Like the other variant, this shampoo also comes in a sleek sturdy bottle packaging which is white in color with light green floral print on the front. The brand’s name and variant is printed in black on the front. A lot of other information along with the ingredient list is mentioned at the back panel of the bottle. The cap is a flip open one with an opening for the product to come out. The bottle is of opaque plastic, so you cannot see how much product is left inside. The bottle is not travel friendly owing to its flip cap which can be opened easily.
The shampoo has a mild fragrance of fresh mint which is actually very pleasing. However what I dislike is that it does not last at all and vanishes as soon as you wash it off from your hair. The color of the shampoo is green and it is has a bit runny gel consistency. It requires 2 washes to clean the hair and a little more product has to be used as compared to the other variant.
I am actually not very satisfied the way it lathers; I usually like my shampoos to lather a lot! This one does not meet my expectations, though it easily comes off when washed. It dries my hair without the use of a conditioner, so I have to apply a conditioner every time I use this shampoo.
This shampoo makes my hair soft and clean but does not help in controlling the frizz! So an after wash, a serum is required, I usually finish it off with Livon.

• Makes my hair soft.
Cons of Farma Vita Back Bar Mint Refresh Shampoo:
• Not travel friendly.
• Does not control frizz.
• Short lived fragrance.
• Requires more product for cleaning the hair.
• Does not lather very well 🙁 .
• Dries my hair.

Final Verdict:
I personally did not like this shampoo much. Though it does the job of cleaning the hair well but I am not satisfied with the overall experience of using it. It can’t be used as a daily use shampoo since it dries out my hair and I feel as if all the moisture has been sucked out of my hair 🙁 . I won’t recommend this product to you guys and it can be easily missed.

It’s sad, This variant is worse than the pearl one. I already have dry and frizzy hair so I don’t need anything that will make them dryer and frizzier!
