Fat Burners: Why They Are a No-No!

Hello beauties!

Hope you’ll are having a great day 🙂

I’m writing my 3rd article today regarding fitness and it’s on fat burners. When you’re trying to lose weight, taking a short cut sounds like such a convenience, be it a diet fad or supplements, we all want a fast weight loss experience even though we took years to gain all that weight. It took me a long while and a lot of experience to understand the do’s and don’ts of weight loss, read on to know why fat burners are in the don’ts category!

Fat Burners Why They Are A No-No (2)

1) Temporary Weight Loss & Not Permanent :

The fact about fat burners is that they help you to lose weight and aren’t the main reason that you do. Your diet and exercise are the main reasons and not the diet pills. They just give you that extra help so you lose weight a little faster. Once you stop taking the pills and do not continue living a healthy lifestyle, all that you lost will come back! So you must know that fat burners don’t lead to permanent weight loss.

2) Causes Side-Effects :
Some of them are natural and some of them aren’t. You might face many side-effects like irregular heartbeat, anxiety & palpitation, irregular periods, mood swings, some might even send you into a trance. It’s always better to opt for natural ones if you’re desperate and you must keep a gap of 1 month between every bottle you take. IMHO, no weight loss is journey is worth it if you have to torture yourself through it.

3) Dependence :
After you start seeing results thanks to the fat burners, you start depending on them, even if you don’t want to. You feel that what you eat or what you do doesn’t matter if you’re on a fat burner because that’s still doing its work. That’s not a good habit because you might continue taking the pills with/without results thinking they’re doing good, but they actually aren’t. It’s never good to depend on pills to live healthy.

4) May Not Work If Misused :
The main reason you take fat burners is because you feel it’s convenient. This little voice in your head tells you to take them so that even if you cheat here and there, it’s okay because you think you know that the fat burners are still working. Well, news flash! Fat burners will only work if you lead a healthy lifestyle and follow a healthy routine. If you keep eating junk & laze around and consume the pills at whatever time you want, don’t expect them to work as well as they would if you followed a healthy lifestyle.

5) Uncertain Results :
Well, this is rare but it does happen. In spite of all the hard work that you do, you may not find the results by taking the pills. You may be wondering why haven’t I lose 3 kgs in 5 days like the bottle said? That’s because the weight loss through some fat burners is uncertain, you can never be sure as to what might help. All you can do is, follow a normal diet and just observe the results naturally.

Conclusion :
Fat burners/diet pills are no less than diet fads. They lead to temporary weight loss which means that weight might come back once you stop them and some of them cause side-effects too. For a long-term weight loss journey, fat burners are a complete no-no as they won’t help you much, they weight fluctuates and may/may not come back. It’s better you stick to a routine including a healthy diet and exercise daily for at least 30 minutes, this will assure you a healthy weight loss journey and get rid of your weight for good.

  1. I am sure it is an eye opener for many! I am stuck at the last 5 kgs but I would never ever take pills for weight loss!
