Today I am going to review a men’s cologne for you all, which is from Ferrari. Ferrari cars are famous, if we spot one on road I am sure most of us will go ‘wow’ and ‘oh my god’ and click pictures of it. Everyone guy wants to own a Ferrari but a very few can get hold of it, but now you can gift him a real Ferrari, by gifting him the perfume from Ferrari . 🙂 Sounds like I am doing an ad for Ferrari. Anyway, so this one was a gift I gave to my husband a few months back for our first wedding anniversary. He was out of country that time still I could not resist myself from buying him a gift and gave it to him once he came back. And how much he liked it and I like it on him, read on to find out.

What product claims: Launched by the design house of Ferrari in 1999, FERRARI BLACK is classified as a sharp, woody, mossy fragrance. This masculine scent possesses a blend of crisp woods with mossy notes. It is recommended for casual wear.

My experience with the product:
While writing this review one thought crossed my head, what is the difference between perfume and EDT (Eau de toilette). And here is the answer for people like me who don’t know the difference. Perfume contains 15-40% perfume concentrate, which makes it more long lasting and costlier. Eau de parfum contains about 7-15% perfume concentrates, this also lasts long and less costly then perfume. And then Eau de toilette has around 1-6% perfume concentrate, this lasts comparatively less than the first 2 and is cheaper than them. Okay so after all the gyan let me tell you about the smell of Ferrari Black Eau de toilette. It has nice woody smell which is not over powering, and not at all feminine. This one is a great fragrance for everyday use or to wear it for work as it does not seek a lot of attention still you smell fresh for long time.
The packing is very sturdy, unlike the gloss bottles this one is very safe to carry with you while travelling. My husband always packs this cologne with him when going for an outing or vacation. And he loves the Ferrari sticker on the bottle, and I love this smell on him as I am also a woody scent fan . 🙁
Only downturn for this fragrance is its staying power, it stays for just 5-6 hours and then it faints. So if you are going for a long eventful day or going to party all night then be ready for reapplying it or apply some of it on your cloths to make it stay longer. It does not stain cloths.
In whole this one is a lovely fragrance for men from Ferrari, which is best suited for everyday wear.
