I have been using my Clarisonic Mia 2 Skin Cleansing System for over a year now. I hate the fact that you have to change the brush set after every two or three months. It pisses me off since I have already spent so much on the device itself. I think using a cleansing tool makes the skin so much better but Clarisonic is harsh on my skin. So, I was looking for a new cleansing tool. I, then, came across this Foreo Luna Mini 2, which is equally good, works for sensitive skin and doesn’t require a lot of investment. Here is the review.

How to Use:
1. Remove your makeup and rinse your face with water.
2. Take some cleanser and work it into the skin.
3. Take your Luna mini 2 and set intensity of the device and start using.
4. After every 15 seconds, the device will beep and pause for a second, which is an indication that you need to work on the other part of the face.
5. The advice usage is 15 on each cheek, 15 on the deep cleansing zone and 15 seconds on the precision area of the face.
6. After using Luna mini 2 wash your face with warm water and apply your serum and moisturizer.
7. Clean Luna mini 2 and let it air dry.
My Experience with Foreo Luna Mini 2:
First, it comes in a variety of colours to choose from. I chose the brightest of them all – sunflower yellow. Trust me, it looks way more bright in person than in the pictures. It is compact and has silicone bristles which don’t need to be changed. This factor makes it a one-time investment.
Luna mini 2 is an advanced version of the Foreo Luna Mini Facial Cleansing Brush. There are 3 different zones in the silicon bristles surface, each for a different purpose:
a) The smaller bristles are for general cleansing, that is for normal and sensitive skin,
b) The bristles on the back are for deep cleansing, that is for combination to oily skin, and
c) The bristles on the top section of the device are for precision cleansing, that is to exfoliate areas of the face, like the nose or around the mouth.
Foreo Luna Mini 2 uses T sonic pulsations that vibrate silicone bristles against the skin. It removes all the dirt, traces of makeup and dead skin very easily. There is an on/off button at the centre of the device and controls on the left and the right. You can increase the intensity by pressing the + button on the right and decrease the intensity by pressing the – on the left side. Foreo Luna Mini 2 is waterproof, so you can use it in the shower. It takes 60 minutes to charge the device completely and the charge lasts for 5 months, which makes it super easy for travelling.
I love this device. It’s soft, gentle and works for every skin type. I have been using Foreo Luna Mini 2 in the morning as well as in the evening for the last 15 days now and I haven’t seen a tremendous change in my skin. But, after using this, my skin feels soft and little radiant. It does remove the traces of makeup or dirt from the skin and skin feels way cleaner, especially if we compare to cleansing by a sponge or hands. This definitely feels way gentle on the skin than the Clarisonic. Clarisonic does exfoliate skin better than Foreo Luna Mini 2, so I would probably use Clarisonic once a week and Foreo Luna Mini 2 regularly. So basically, if you have sensitive skin, I would definitely suggest Foreo Luna Mini 2.
