I hope all are doing good. I have been a silent reader of IMBB. Today I am so excited to review my first product here on IMBB. Firstly, I have to say that this brand’s products are not available in every town. So,I picked this one from Bengaluru. The store was pretty nice and product packing for the products on display was impressive with a lot of rose petals giving out a nice aroma.

Product Description:

The Ayurvedic head massage oil sugandha with vetiver and hibiscus leaves, this pure oil of coconut and herbal infusions is highly beneficial for cooling the head and de-Stressing well for those with stress and tension as it provides vital nutrition to the scalp and hair roots. Cools and de-stresses.

Packaging:

This oil comes in a  transparent plastic bottle packaging with regular cap. It has a mild  camphor fragrance.

Price:

Rs. 1,095 for 200ml.

Ingredients:

Sesame oil, Coconut oil, Hibiscus Rosa – Sinensis leaf extract, Fennel seed oil, Bakuchi seed extract, Star Anise fruit oil, Vetiver Root oil, Camphor leaf extract, Cinnamon bark oil, Holy Basil leaf extract, Vitamin E.

My Experience with Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil Sugandha:

Well, I was inspired to buy this due to Rati. Later while surfing about this product, I came to know that it is 100% Ayurvedic. Let me introduce my hair now, I have a normal and silky hair. When winter season arrives, my hair become pathetic due to dandruff and hair fall. So to address these concerns, the sales assistant at FE recommended this hair oil to me.

When I apply this oil to my scalp, it absorbs very well and the mild fragrance of camphor  leaves me feeling so pleasant but the smell stays on for an hour only, this might be a bother for some noses.

The texture of oil is same as sesame oil with a pleasant fragrance.  Very little is required and this is non-sticky which is an added bonus.After using  Clinic plus shampoo to rinse off this oil, my hair feel softer and the baby hair appear to be more manageable. Although if you feel this oil leaves your hair weighed down and flat, then ideal use it for summers.

• Oil is non- sticky.
• Gets absorbed very easily into the scalp.
• Good camphor fragrance.
• Cooling effect.

Cons of Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil Sugandha:

One and only thing I can think of is that the price is very high.

Recommendation on Forest Essentials Ayurvedic Head Massage Oil Sugandha:

I would  recommend this when you are very tired and feeling stressed out during summers. It will make your hair smoother. I will  not buy this oil again as it did not manage to control my hair fall in winters but I will surely try other oils from this brand.
