Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel Review

Hello Lovely Ladies,

Hope you all had a great weekend! Today, I am sharing with you my experience with Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel. I have been facing puffy eye problem due to lack of sleep since a month now and when I last visited the Forest Essentials store, the SA suggested me to try out the Hydra Eye Gel.

Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel Review

Product Details:

Hydrates.  Soothes.  A revitalizing gel formula with rice extracts to lighten dark circles and fortify the delicate under-eye skin and a unique combination of highly developed botanical extracts.  Suitable for all skin types.

Price:

Rs. 595 for 15 gm.

Packaging:

It comes in a small glass pot with a golden cap. It also has additional internal lid to cover.

Fragrance:

It has a very mild fragrance, but I am not able to make out exactly what it smells of.

Ingredients:

Aloe Vera Gel 74.5%, Katak 10%, Cucumber Extract 8%, Steam Distilled Rose Water 7%, Vitamin E 0.5%, 2 Phenoxyethanol (Paraben Free) 0.5%

Forest Essentials Eye gel

Usage Directions:

Dab lightly around the eye area to sooth and firm.

My Experience with Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel:

Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel is a transparent eye gel and is thick in consistency. It is not all runny.  It gets instantly absorbed into the skin and feels feathery light. I generally dab this in the day time when my eyes look tired and puffy. It instantly hydrates and provides a radiant look. The eyes no longer look tired.

Forest Essentials Eye gel

The gel is very soothing and feels good. I have been using this for over 15 days now and I am happy with the results. The SA told me to apply it in the day time only, but I prefer to apply it both the times – before stepping out of the home and before going back to the bed.

Eye Gel

The ingredients include aloe vera, cucumber, rose water, all of which are known for their properties of soothing the tired skin. However, the price is on the higher side for the quantity provided, but for a single use, you only need a drop of the gel for each eye and so it will easily last for months, thereby making it economical.

Eye Gel

Pros of Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel:

  • Soothes tired eyes.
  • Reduces puffiness around the eyes.
  • Gets instantly absorbed.
  • Made of all natural ingredients.

Eye Gel

Cons of Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel:

  • Price.
  • It does not work on dark circles and fine lines.

Would I Repurchase Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel?

Forest Essentials Light Hydrating Hydra Eye Gel instantly hydrates the eyes making it look more alive and I highly recommend it.

Nice review but to pay a amount only for puffy eyes :( If it works for wrinkles or dark circles .. i would definitely purchase it.

i love eye creams and eye gels though i am not very consistent with the usage. However i have seen that splashing ice cold water or spraying some cold rose water before i put on makrup instantly helps with brightening the eye.
