I have been using this product for more than six weeks now, and really like it. I have been writing for IMBB for two years now, and I have reviewed every kind of brand. I had started with MUA and ELF products, reviewed Estee Lauder, Clinique, Bobbi Brown and MAC in the middle. I got introduced to OGX and Fekkai masks and all kind of makeup brushes; all because of IMBB. It has been a long and interesting journey; time flies so fast! Coming back to Garnier Fructis Body Boost Fortifying Shampoo, it is one of their pick worthy products for thin and limp hair. Let’s have a detailed look at the product.

My Experience with Garnier Fructis Body Boost Fortifying Shampoo:

The Garnier Fructis Body Boost Fortifying Shampoo comes in a regular Garnier bottle. It is a jumbo, transparent, plastic bottle that houses transparent shampoo. The bottle might break with a heightened fall; so I will not say it is completely sturdy. Also, not travel friendly because of the jumbo size. But, I love the product! The shampoo has ideal consistency and small amount lathers rich for a single wash. Still it gets rinsed easily and clean. It cleanses the scalp perfectly of oil and dirt, and doesn’t weigh down hair.

After every wash, my hair feels softer and smoother. It imparts high shine to hair. Yes, I mean it! My hair looks so shiny after every wash. It doesn’t dry out my dry-damaged hair. It controls frizz to some extent, but makes hair easily manageable and detangles it too. All this results in lesser breakage of hair. It contains Vitamin B3 and Vitamin B6 as per the brand’s claims. The main concept is ‘Body Boost’, and it definitely adds volume to thin and flat hairs.

Garnier Fructis Body Boost Fortifying Shampoo doesn’t cause hair fall, but it is not effective in controlling already occurring hair fall either. This is a true savior for oiled hair as it makes hair clean in just one wash. With an affordable price tag and easy availability, this shampoo gets good ratings from me.

As I have always mentioned, Garnier is a brand that either suits you, or doesn’t suit you at all. If you are a Garnier user, and have thin hair, this is definitely worth a try for regular use. This is surely better than most of the Garnier shampoos and other products available in the market at low price range.
