GARNIER FRUCTIS LONG AND STRONG STRENGTHENING CONDITIONER
We all love silky, smooth clean hair, don’t we? I love how my hair feel after a shampoo, but believe me girls, detangling my hair without a struggle was like a dream for me until I discovered the importance of hair conditioners in my life. I love experimenting with my shampoos and conditioners. Today’s review is about one such conditioner- Garnier Fructis long and Strong Strengthening Conditioner.
Product Description:
Garnier developed Fructis Long & Strong Conditioner specifically to strengthen and protect longer hair from root to tip. Pair it with Long & Strong Shampoo and enjoy the proven results: The blend of apple and lemon extracts defend against breakage, split ends and dullness, and will help your locks stay long—longer.
Hint and Tips:
After shampooing your hair, rinse out the water.
You can also wrap a large towel around your head to absorb dampness.
Apply conditioner starting at your roots and sliding down to the ends.
Pour a small amount of conditioner into the palm of your hand and apply from top of the head down to your neck. Leave it on for a few minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
If your hair is really clean and well rinsed, it should squeak between your fingertips.
Either dry your hair naturally or use a hairdryer. If you use a hairdryer, avoid using it at maximum heat/speed. Keep the dryer at least 6 inches away from your hair and always point the nozzle downwards.

My take on the Garnier Fructis Long & Strong Strengthening Conditioner
The conditioner smells nice-mildly fruity and citrusy. The fragrance feels nice and lingers on for some time post rinsing your hair with water. The conditioner is easy to work with and I don’t have to use a lot of product to coat my hairs with it. After shampooing my hairs I apply it on my hairs along the length of my tresses and let it stand for 3-4 minutes and then rinse it with cold water. The conditioner rinses out easily however I feel a bit of slippery feel even after rinsing thoroughly twice. The conditioner does make my hair feel soft, manageable and less tangled but also makes them feel flat and limpy. This conditioner has not done anything to prevent hair fall and so I think that the claim of making hair stronger is some-what not true.
Yays of Garnier Fructis Long and Strong Strengthening Conditioner:
Nice Citrusy smell.
Creamy consistency easy to work with.
Makes hair soft and more manageable.
Economical and easily available.
Every time I need small amount of the product to effectively condition my locks.
Nays of Garnier Fructis Long and Strong Strengthening Conditioner:
Claim of giving stronger hair is not true.
Loaded with chemicals.
I feel slippery feel even after rinsing them thoroughly with water.
IMBB Rating:
3.5/5
Shall I recommend Garnier Fructis Long & Strong Strengthening Conditioner to you?
This is just an average Conditioner- nothing special, nothing unique. However if you are in a search for economical and every day conditioner you can give it a shot.
Shall I repurchase Garnier Fructis Long & Strong Strengthening Conditioner?
As I have already stated I love experimenting with new products, so probably I’ll not be purchasing it again.

Samreen pls follow the instruction leaflet giveen along with the bleach packs as per various skin complexions. But bleaching is only a temporary solution better go for some permanent solutions like home-made face packs.
