My Experience with Garnier Fructis Oil Repair 3 Wonder Butter:
I will be reviewing a multipurpose product today. Yes, a product which can be used in 3 different ways namely – conditioner, hair mask or styling agent. When I bought this product, I was not aware of the fact that it can be used in so many ways. But I was excited to try it in all ways suggested, and here is my review. I am not a big fan of Garnier products, I find it is good but not the best.The packaging is catchy, due to the pot shape and size. The product comes in a pretty big pot, with a screw top lid. It can be opened and closed easily and securely. But the inside of the pot has no foil or so, and anybody can dig in their finger and test at the shop. So not very hygienic I would say. Also, in case you drop the product when the lid is open, then it’s a big mess. It happened to me once, with a similar pot packaging product, so am very careful with this. Also, the content in total is 400gms and since the product is oil based, its highly probable to slip out of your hand. So watch out!
The consistency of the product is creamy. It is golden yellow in color, and has a smooth texture. The fragrance is what I fell for. Its smells very exotic, due to the oils like macadamia, jojoba, and almond oil in it. The fragrance is strong (nutty fragrance) but not over whelming. If you do not prefer slightly stronger fragrance, then this is not for you.
As mentioned above I tried it as conditioner, but I felt my Yves Rocher conditioner was better. I tried it as a styling agent, but was not really satisfied. It will work well, if you are trying some slick styles. So, I tried it as a hair mask and loved it. I’m already guilty for not oiling my hair regularly, because I feel very messy with the oil and tend to avoid it. So, here is a replacement for me which reduces my guilt, since it has 3 good oils in it.

I apply it to my hair, and also scalp and leave it overnight. The amount I use depends on my mood. In the morning I shampoo my hair and use conditioner to finish off. My hair feels much softer and the scalp is well moisturized. The product has shea butter, making it even more attractive. The fragrance lasts, more than few hours. The frizzy hair also gets tamed after using it. I use it once a week, over the weekend and liking the results.My hair does not feel stick or greasy after washing it off.
Over all, it’s a great hair care product which feels very pampering and the results are good.

Not really. I would like to try different products and this was definitely fun to use but I would not repurchase it.

If you are looking for a multipurpose product then give it a try. Am sure you will like it one way or the other. The results are good and I can definitely recommend it.
