My Experience with Garnier Hydra+ Energie Moisturizing Gel-Crème for Tired and Dull Skin:

After a day at work, my skin is dull and that is the reason I wanted this gel crème so badly! I wanted a night cream in the same range but unfortunately the store had only day creams and I couldn’t help but pick it up. I use it in the evening after coming back from work. The application time is really not ideal but from past few days I have been alternating using both the creams! I am crazy!

box

The product comes in a pastel light orange tub with a whit screw cap. There is nothing on the jar except the name so for more details you need to keep the outer box of it. The colour of the gel is light orange in colour but when you pick a little product it is almost clear. The smell is kind of similar to Garnier Complete cream with a peachy scent. The gel crème gets absorbed very quickly and the application is similar to applying Patanjali aloe vera gel on face! It doesn’t leave any residue and it gives a matte finish. It is almost like you have applied nothing on your face but the skin looks refreshed and hydrated. The gel crème is very light and the name Energised is apt for the product as you feel the radiant healthy looking skin immediately. The product has Hibiscus extract and is claimed to brighten your skin tone. I have not noticed any difference with the complexion now but this could be in a longer run.

jar

The product also works like a primer serum and preps my skin before I apply a foundation/makeup. The best part of the product is it doesn’t contain parabens! The gel crème is perfect for combination skin and also dry skin. Though for dry skin, it doesn’t eliminate the dryness completely but you can clearly see your face glowing! Garnier is coming up with new good quality products and my trust in them is increasing again!
