My Experience with Garnier Intensive 7 Days Daily Body Lotion with Nourishing Olive Oil:
Olive oil is known to have magical effects on the skin and is also a good moisturizer. Garnier Intensive 7 Days Daily Body Lotion with nourishing Olive Oil seemed to have captured the magic and I wanted to give it a go. The packaging looks stylish and different compared to regular packaging.
The texture of the cream is thin and runny which is easy to spread. It gets absorbed quite fast in to the skin. Yes, it does moisturize the skin. It doesn’t give you the ‘wow’ effect after using it for few days. But, I have extremely dry skin and this kind of ‘nourishing’ was not sufficient for me. During hot summer days or spring, it might serve the purpose but definitely not during colder months.
The products claims that if used for 4 weeks regularly, we can go without using any moisturizer for the next 7 days, which I don’t really agree to. One might go without it for 2 days, but not more than that. At least for me that was the case. The fragrance is like that of a medicine (artificial smell). It’s not a strong smell, but at least to me it was not appealing. Overall, I am not satisfied with the product.

• Very light and suitable for summer days

• Not suitable for dry skin

I love my lotions to be heavily moisturizing, regardless of the season, and Garnier is never able to satisfy my in this aspect. I will anyday pick Nivea or Vaseline over Garnier.
