My Experience with Garnier Ultra Blends Soy Milk and Almonds Intense Repair Conditioner:
The packaging looks so nice. It comes in a small white inverted bottle with a golden cap. There is a leaf mark on the cap which looks so pretty. All the details are nicely described on the bottle. The bottle never leaks and the cap closes tightly. The dispenser also provides a decent amount of product at once. It is a nice, travel-friendly and cute packaging.
This conditioner contains the benefits of soya milk and almonds and it is totally paraben-free. Both the ingredients are great for dry and damaged hair and they provide deep hydration. The conditioner smells like a beautiful rich milk cream. It is an extremely pleasant scent. I absolutely love this scent and it stays in my hair for long. It keeps my hair fresh and also reduces the scent of sebum.
The consistency is medium-thick and it glides smoothly on hair without any efforts. It evenly spreads on hair and covers everything perfectly. I only need a coin size amount to cover up my entire hair length. It is also quite easy to rinse. When I had first used it on hair, it felt so pleasant just because of its beautiful scent. I have a really oily scalp and I do not apply any conditioner on my scalp.
I usually apply this from the mid length of my hair to the ends. I have dry ends so I mostly concentrate on that part. After 3 minutes, I rinse the product off. During application, the conditioner detangles my hair perfectly. I can feel instant smoothness. It never makes my hair sticky or greasy. It makes my hair feel fresh, non-oily, and bouncy. My comb goes on easily into my hair. My hair remains smooth and tangle-free for long.
This is an “Intense Repair” conditioner and, just like it claims, it makes hair soft, smooth, and shiny. It provides softness and makes hair smooth. I always prefer to use a conditioner that can control frizz for long. This conditioner takes care of my hair gently and helps to provide a healthy and shiny texture. It provides deep hydration to my hair which I really like. It also controls frizz well. But, during travels or after a long day, my hair becomes a little frizzy. Still my hair doesn’t feel dry; it retains its softness for long. My hair looks manageable and polished. This is definitely a good conditioner for dry hair.
As far as being a repairing conditioner is concerned, it repairs my hair and gives a moisturizing effect. The effect might not last long, but the conditioner brings back life to my hair. Also, it really helps to lock the hydration in. It keeps hair bouncy and adds a nice volume. I haven’t noticed any extra hair fall with this conditioner. But, it can’t control hair fall either. I don’t even need any serum after using this conditioner.
Overall, it is definitely a good try. It works really well on me and I love the scent. I love everything about this range; on my normal hair, it does its job amazingly.
