Hello friends,
Need your urgent help! First of all, I am a total novice as far as makeup is concerned, in fact not novice, rather total ignorant, but  thanks to IMBB, at least now I know a little bit about products that suit me. I really can’t thank enough you guys for this wonderful community, big thanks!
Now coming down to my problem – I have my own brother’s wedding next week and I might not get a good makeup person at the place where we need to go for wedding. I am planning to do my own makeup as from my past experience I have realized that it’s better to be without or less makeup than wrong makeup. I prefer neutral/nude kind of makeup. I am NC35 shade in MAC. Things that suited my complexion or taste are Maybelline Colossal Kajal and Mascara for eyes, Mac Mehr and Lakme Rose Kissed lipsticks for lips, Neutrogena moisturizer for combination skin (most bought after reading reviews on IMBB). Can you please suggest me good foundation that can be applied by beginners and would suit a hot summer north Indian wedding? Also suggestions for some other shades of lipsticks please (not too dark or bold) and tips on eye makeup? I want to keep the makeup light. Any pointers to good video tutorial would be really a big help.

Go for LOtus Herbals Pure stay foundation if you are looking for budget buys. Otherwise, you can try the Clinique superbalanced or MAC’s studio fix powder foundation. Go for smokey eyes. Follow the primer + foundation + compact routine and add a hint of blush. Have loads of fun at your brother’s wedding 🙂
try kryolan’s foundation, compact and blush… It will look very lovely and natural in the pictures and videos
For a Foundation I would recommend the Loreal or Revlon Colorstay. These are great for summers but please do use a primer first and to give it a final finish with loose or compact powder. This should absorb the oil incase the makeup starts to melt.

try maybelline gel liner.. it will last long… to keep eyeshadow light you can try a rose gold shade which is safe shade..
Try bourjois healthy mix foundation….it stays for hours with a good primer…n it photographs amazingly well…have fun..!!
Thanks a lot for your reply and sorry for this late revert. Was caught up in too many things :(. I will surely check out your suggestions. Can you also suggest me good brand of compact and primer. Also was looking for a good pink creamy lipstick for day wear during functions. I love Mac MEhr but its matte and sometimes difficult to apply for my dry lips. The lady suggested lustre but I was not too happy with it. To me it looked more as plum shade than a good nude pink. Waiting for your reply. Thanks!
