I recently reviewed a gorgeous looking shower gel, Totally Twisted. It worked amazing for me and hence, I got one more variant that appeared even more attractive to me. I have been using Herbal Essences Hello Hydration hair range since my teens and I just love the smell till date. It just transfers me to a tropical island and I feel heavenly. My Experience with Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Body Wash:

Herbal Essences body wash comes in a huge family size bottle which looks super gorgeous. There are 3 sizes available, you can choose one according to your needs. The smaller one is travel-friendly, but this one is just good to be on the bathroom shelf. The bottle is a transparent, aqua blue one and looks super attractive. Since it is a see through bottle, we can clearly note the amount of product getting used up. There are so many variants, but out of all, I love this particular variant the most. I have been using the Hello Hydration range for a long time now and this fragrance feels classic to me. I like it at any point I smell it.

The description is super cute! The body wash comes in light aqua colour which actually looks sheer with a bit of bluish hint. The consistency is very runny and a little amount is needed to be squeezed on the loofah. The shower gel smells amazing! If there is a word beyond amazing, I would call it that. It smells of creamy, milky coconuts that belong to a Hawaiian island. I get a very refreshing, tropical feel and this gel contains a hint of beautiful orchids that makes it a creamy and floral smell. The body wash lathers up very well on its own, but it is better off with a loofah. It cleanses my skin very well and the lather takes away all the gunk and the dirt from my skin. I do get a hydrating feeling whenever I use it.

The fragrance does last for a couple of minutes and if there would be a body lotion, I would totally get that to double up the staying power of its fragrance. My skin feels fresh and looks clean and healthy. It feels soft and smooth after using, but my skin comes back to normal after a couple of hours. I do not need to use a moisturiser because it stays true to its name and provides good hydration. But, I think dry skinned beauties might need to layer a body lotion.

Overall, I would say that it is a decent body wash and does everything it has too. It does the thing that a shower gel is supposed to. It isn’t that extraordinary, but I love it because I am a big fan of this fragrance and will always be. This would always be on my top shower gels list and I would prefer it over any other shower gel.

• An entire range of shampoo, conditioner, hairspray and body wash available
• A lot of variants are available in different fruity and floral fragrances
• A little quantity is needed each time
• It lathers up very well and hydrates the skin while cleansing it
• It smells very tropical and I totally get transferred to a Hawaiian island
• The fragrance is very refreshing and smells totally like creamy coconuts with a hint of orchids
• It cleanses my skin very well and removes dirt and gunk properly
• Makes my skin soft, smooth and healthy looking whenever I use it
• It relaxes me and feels very energising, be it for daytime or nighttime use

Cons of Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Body Wash:

• Big bottle, so not travel friendly (smaller size options are available though)
• Limited availability in India

Would I Repurchase/Recommend Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Body Wash?
Yes, I will if you are just looking for a decent body wash that will cleanse your skin daily and keep it healthy. On top of that, this is one fragrance that is universal and everyone will love it for sure. It is very unique and makes you smell and feel like you are on a vacation!
