Hair Type: Dry, Wavy, Frizzy with sensitive and dandruff prone scalp

I am absolutely fed up with the Mumbai monsoons! It keeps on raining almost the whole day and the grey weather looks so gloomy. It ruins my plans of stepping out on free days and is such a huge deterrent to any regular work! Anyway, today, I am here with the review of Himalaya Herbals Dryness Defense Detangler and Conditioner. I am not a fan of Himalaya hair care because they tend to make my hair frizzy and unmanageable, but I got this since it was budget friendly and not reviewed on IMBB. Read on to know if this is worth a recommendation.

My Experience with Himalaya Herbals Dryness Defense Detangler and Conditioner:
Packaging: It comes in a sturdy inverted plastic bottle with a flip open cap. The white and green color combo is the signature style of Himalaya. It is travel friendly and convenient to use. Important details like ingredients are mentioned on the bottle.
The texture is creamy and thick. The white creamy conditioner spreads easily on hair and coats strands evenly. It is easy to wash off. The smell is mild floral and is quite pleasant. A hint of it lingers on even after washing.
It does condition my hair, making it soft to an extent. Although there is nothing dramatic about the softness and smoothness, I find my hair a little more manageable. It is easier to run my comb through my tresses to tame my hair. My hair feels less frizzy, although there are still plenty of flyaways.
Overall, I wouldn’t discard this conditioner, but at this price point, the Garnier Ultra Blends range works amazingly well and I would any day choose any from that range. If you have normal to slightly dry hair, without major frizz issues, this is suitable for you. This definitely aids in easier detangling and is a budget friendly option to try.
