Consider your skin tone:
Women with fair complexions should look for blue undertones like berry tones and pinks. Lip colors like caramel, warm beiges and corals will complement those medium skin shades, or those who have yellow undertones. If you have medium skin shade with olive undertones then go for light creamy pink, soft beige or peach. Darker skins tones with cool undertones can go for nude lippies with deep burgundy, red and plum undertones while with yellow undertones can go for caramel shades of nude.
