Hi ladies,
Not every brow shape suits every face! Have you ever wondered what your face shape is or what kind of eye brows will suit you? Perfectly shaped eyebrows that suit your face could transform your appearance. Let’s find out how!
Round Face
Characteristics of A Round Face:
• Wide cheekbones.
• Round face shape is as long as it is wide.
• Jaw line is full and around.
Ideal Eyebrow Shapes for A Round Face:
If you have a round face, your aim should be to make your face look less round when styling your eye brows, as a round face lacks sharp angles. A higher arch on the round face will open up the eye area and make your face look longer, and hence, less wider.
Here, I have enlisted two types of eyebrow shapes that work best for beauties with round shaped face:
1. Hard Angled
This shape makes round face look slim and adds youthfulness to the face. It is an ideal brow shape for a round shaped face. In this shape, the brow line is kept straight and low towards the edges. This brow shape is far from the nose, so it gives the appearance of a thinner and long face.
2. S Shaped
This shape has a blend of curve and angle which is very much required for round shaped face. This shape adds enough drama and glamour to the face. In this shape, the angle of the arch is a bit rounded. In the beginning of the brow, the line is not straight, but a little curved making it resemble an S shape.
Which Eyebrow Shape to Avoid?
Rounded eyebrows, for obvious reasons! Rounded eyebrows will only increase the roundness of an already rounded face.
Oval Face
Characteristics of An Oval Face:
• Forehead is wider than the chin area.
• Chin is rounded with no hard lines.
• This face type is touted as the ideal face type for stylists to work on.
Ideal Eyebrow Shapes for An Oval Face:
As it is already the perfect face shape, you need not work much on your brows. Below are the two eyebrow shapes that would only enhance the beauty of oval shaped faces:
1. Soft Angled Eyebrow Shape
This kind of eyebrows add femininity and softness to the face and frame the face beautifully. This shape has an angle with soft curves and also a rounded peak which gives the oval face a softer and delicate look.
Soft angled shape is slightly thicker in the inner corner of the eye and thinner towards its end. This shape is arched at the highest point of the brow and then, it’s angled slightly downwards making it suitable according to the proportion of the face.
2. High Arched brow shape
This brow gives a normal oval face oodles of sex appeal. This brow shape helps to open up the face. This brow shape has more defined angles than the soft brow shape. This shape can be either thicker in the inner corners of the eye or gradually thinning toward the outside.
Which Eyebrow Shape to Avoid?
Brow shape that is too highly arched which would give the face an elongated look.
