I have used two precision ink eyeliners from Illamasqua before but none of the two had impressed me so I never spent time reviewing them. 
When I received Havoc I thought it would be the same but I don’t know if they have improved the formula or what this has totally blown me away. I just HAD to share it with you guys.
Like and Dislikes :
- Havoc is a burgundy brown liquid liner. You remember Dark Diversion Fluidline from MAC? It’s actually the same color in liquid form. It is a gorgeous shade for all eye colors.
- If you like glossy eye liners, this is the one. It stays glossy all day long.
- The felt tip makes the application easier but I find the handle a little long for getting full control.
- It is super pigmented. A swipe of color is all you need.
- It does not flake or smear. The biggest problem I faced with previous two precision ink liners was that they used to flake on my eyes after a few hours. This did not. I have been wearing it from past few days. I have moved around in hot, cold, humid environment and this has held so strong. I even rubbed my eyes lightly a few times and it did not come off.
- It is not a pain to remove. It comes of easily with an eye makeup remover but then it comes off flaky so that could be messy.
- It does not dry super quick..um may be 10-12 seconds it takes to completely dry. So if you blink instantly after applying it, you may make a mess.
- The product is quite expensive and you have to buy it online from Illamasqua’s website.

ummm…. nt that i know of as of now. I have one from a MAC collection that is nt going to be launching in India.

prettty color…but i have dark diversion…i actually dont like felt tip …like the brushes more..used to have the lakme felt tip and hated it….
priya i toh totally like gel liners, I feel they are much better to control as compared to liquid liners.

btw is this anywhere close to Clinique gel liner in that reddish brown?
ummmm that one is shimmery and not as burgundy as this one. and clinique one is not glossy.
