Today, I am going to review Imperial Leather Gentle Care Antiperspirant Deodorant.  I got this deodorant because of its cute packaging and moreover, my antiperspirant deodorant was on the verge of finshing. I have been using it for a month and now, I no longer require it because of the cold winds, so I thought before it gets vanished in my cupboard, I should write a review on it.

Product Description:

Helps to reduce underarm odour and wetness. With almond oil helps to care and protect delicate skin.

Ingredients:

Aqua, aluminium cholorohydrate, steareth-2, PPG-15, sterayl ether, parfum, steareth-21, prunus amigdalis dulcis oil.

Price:

Rs. 60 for 40 ml.

My Experience with Imperial Leather Gentle Care Anti Perspirant Deodorant:

This roll-on comes in a cute white-colored bottle with a large parrot green color cap.  The shape of the bottle is very attractive and comfortable to hold. I am in love with this packaging.

Now, coming to the roll-on, it has a citrusy fragrance. The fragrance isn’t very strong and is appropriate for daily use. The consistency of this roll-on is watery and it is white in color. I have very sensitive underarm skin, but to my pleasure, this roll-on doesn’t cause any reaction or irritation on my underarm skin when I apply it.

The liquid roll-on takes a lot of time to dry, about 2-3 minutes which I find to be a problem. I avoid using this roll-on whenever I am late because of this problem. The fragrance lasts for about 4-5 hours.  It is quite effective in its function of being an antiperspirant. It prevents perspiration on my skin for about 4-5 hours in the August-September weather and later, it has to be re-applied. I doubt its effectiveness in the months June through July with summers at its peak.

Overall, I would say it is an okay-type roll-on with a cute packaging and pleasing fragrance, but it won’t be very effective in extreme summers, though it will work decently in autumn and spring weathers.  I won’t repurchase this roll-on because I hate that it takes so much time to dry and the white color can spoil my clothes.

Pros of Imperial Leather Gentle Care Anti Perspirant Deodorant:

• I love its packaging.
• Pleasing citrusy fragrance which is not at all overpowering.
• Doesn’t irritate my underarms.
• The anti-perspirant effect and fragrance lasts for 4-5 hours which would work fine in mild summers.

Cons of Imperial Leather Gentle Care Anti Perspirant Deodorant:

• I don’t like white colored roll on’s.
• Takes a lot of time to dry.
• Won’t work well in extreme summers.
