Inglot AMC Pure Pigment Eye Shadow in #30 Review

Today, I am going to review another great golden eye shadow for all of you from INGLOT’s AMC Eye Shadow range in shade#30. Read on to know why this white-gold duo-chrome eye shadow will be a perfect pick for beginners venturing into golden eye makeup.

Product Description:
Highly concentrated loose colored powder that ranges from subtle to ultra-intense effects depending on application. The product contains sponge gourd oil and almost 90% pure pigment. Can be mixed with DURALINE to create liquid forms of all pigment colors. Please note: Pigments are sold by weight, not volume. Containers can appear to be less than full due to settling of the product.

Price and Quantity: INR 1000 for 2 grams of product.
Shelf life: 18 months from the date of manufacture.

My Experience With Inglot AMC Pure Pigment Eye Shadow in #30:

Packaging: I totally like the packaging of these loose powder eye shadows. They are housed in a see through transparent jar with a shiny black screw lid.

The packaging is travel friendly and the screw lid snugly fits the jar. There’s no way that the lid will open up by itself. Jar is quite sturdy, breakage-proof and stylish.

Texture and Pigmentation: I found the texture of this particular shade much finer than shade#37.

It is not gritty when used dry and eye liner application is not tough afterwards (as was the case with shade#37). It is easy to use both in wet and dry forms. Using it wet or dry doesn’t make much difference application wise. The formula appears to be very fine both ways. It is very easy to blend and is very finely milled. Also, the loose powder doesn’t float away in air. As for the pigmentation, being a very soft shade it is not insanely pigmented but the intensity is buildable. All in all, I found this particular shade much finer formula wise as compared to shade#37. I recommend that you always use a primer underneath to prevent creasing and make the shade pop.

Shade: The shade of this eye shadow is white-gold duo-chrome. I highly doubt that if this is a universally flattering shade (if used as an all-over-lid color). I suggest that you try this in store before splurging your hard-earned bucks on it. Do not waste much time in buying this shade if it doesn’t suit you. It has a high amount of finely milled shimmer that reflects the light perfectly.

Why will you love this shade?

It is perfect for makeup beginners who would like to own a golden eye shadow but, are too afraid to sport a full blown golden eye makeup.

Girls with small eyes will love it. This shade will give an illusion of bigger eyes and make them look much wider and awake.
Girls with close-set or wide-set eyes will see this shade as a blessing. When applied to inner or outer-v corner of the eyes it will make them look further apart or closer to each other respectively.
This can also be used as a brow bone highlighter too.

Staying power: Staying power of this shade is very decent. It stays on my non-oily eye lids for about 7 hours (with a primer underneath). However, on oily lids the staying power might reduce considerably.

• Pretty white-gold duo-chrome shade. It has a number of uses as well.
• Packaging is a winner. It is stylish, sturdy and travel friendly.
• Has a decent staying power.
• This shade can be used as a brow bone highlighter too.
• Texture is very fine.
• Loose powder doesn’t float away in air.
• Pigmentation is average but, the intensity is buildable.
• Very easy to blend.

Cons of Inglot AMC Pure Pigment Eye Shadow in #30:

• It is a little on the expensive side.
• Shade might not suit everyone.

Yes, I might buy other shades from this range. I totally recommend these eye shadows to all you lovely ladies specially, if you find a flattering shade from the lot. As for this shade, try testing it out in the store if you wish to use this as an all-over-the-lid color. However, it has many other uses as well and I totally recommend it to all of you out there.
