My Experience with Inglot Freedom System Eyeshadow – #151:

This is a silver-toned, glitter eyeshadow. It is highly pigmented, with the perfect amount of shimmer in it. It feels absolutely soft and velvety upon touching it. It’s a gorgeous shade that can be especially used for festive occasions. This single shade comes with a decent sized mirror and a sponge tipped applicator. I am not a fan of the applicator, and you don’t really need it since the color glides on smoothly by simply using your fingers. The packaging is sturdy and great for travels. The square pane can be removed from the case since it is magnetically attached. However, if you do it using the superpower of your nails, be assured that your finger will slip, some product will scrape and you will yell because of your stupidity . I have used this for smoky eye looks with black eyeshadow, and it looks absolutely wonderful. Since it is highly pigmented, they key is to use it moderately. The eyeshadow tends to lean towards a metallic, almost whitish color, which makes it difficult to be worn by its own though. It isn’t a versatile color that would look fine with all the shiny outfits. I really like to use it to highlight the inner corners of my eyes or even apply it on the lower lash line.It lasted for over 8 hours when I used it with my Urban Decay eyeshadow primer. However, on plain eyelids, it tends to crease and move around. As a last note, I like the eyshadow and I see it making trips with me to weddings or grand parties.

  1. hey Umaimah,
Lovely review.I don’t own any inglot eyeshadow but this color looks absolutely gorgeous..Was wondering how pretty it would look at the inner corner of the eyes.
Looking forward to reading more reviews from you :*

  2. I love Inglot and their refill system. This looks like a pretty color and love the individual case you got! I usually buy magnetic palettes to store these.

    1. Individual cases are better for clumsy people like me 😀 Dropping an eyeshadow, with no real intention, at a time is better than dropping the entire palette 😀
