My Experience with Innisfree Canola Honey Capsule Recipe Pack:

This capsule recipe pack comes in a jar form. The yellow coloured seal and the small logo at the bottom side tells you what the pack is made of. The back has a sticker that tells you what the pack is supposed to do, ingredients and so on. The capsule is really small and once you open the seal, it doesn’t fully get closed, so you do have to find a way to keep the contents preserved. But the packaging is kind of cute and, if unopened, safe to travel with.

Innisfree Canola Honey Consistency

The quantity provided is way too less. It’s hardly a tablespoon of the product. So I find that a bit disappointing. Anyway, the pack looks like honey and feels like it too. It has a slight yellow tone and smells very nice. Its fragrance is exactly like Imperial Leather Love Story Bath Cream. It stays on the entire time. The consistency is very thin and resembles that of a very thin, almost watery honey as mentioned earlier. It glides on evenly on the skin. It is slightly sticky when you touch it and doesn’t dry at all.

The pack is supposed to be kept on for 10-15 minutes. So, I washed my face, pat it with a towel and applied this mask on my face and massaged it for 5 minutes in circular motions. To my surprise, I only required one fourth of the product to cover my face and half neck. I did apply a nice layer on my face and still the little amount did go a long way.

As instructed, I washed my face with warm water. I found that it soothed down my slightly irritated skin. It did hydrate my skin pretty well. I can’t say whether it nourished my skin or not as the time is too short for the pack to work that deeply. I’d say it’s an average pack that does what a lotion would do. Other than hydration, there wasn’t any difference to my skin. No glow; nothing of that sort.

• Works just like a good lotion
• Has to be stored properly once opened

Would I Recommend/Repurchase Innisfree Canola Honey Capsule Recipe Pack?
I wouldn’t recommend unless you plan to pamper yourself; nor would I repurchase. I’m so disappointed with these capsule recipe packs, you have no idea! I was super excited when I was in the store, I even drooled over them after coming home. I did have only a few expectations but it did not fulfil even those, and it’s too sad. I’ve been lusting over these ever since Innisfree launched in Delhi. But it is what it is! :/ Hope the sheet masks make up for these capsule recipe packs. Fingers crossed!
