How To Use:
Cleanse your face with the tissue to remove make-up or dust. Rinse off the oil with lukewarm water. Be careful not to get the product in your eyes. Then, wash your face with cleansing foam and lukewarm water.

My Experience with Innisfree Olive Real Cleansing Tissue:

The packaging is so good. First of all, it carries every detail about the wipes. Second, this is color-coded, which means it has an olive theme going on. Third, the wipes remain safe and secure; hence, they do not dry out. This pack contain 30 sheets and I do not mind the price because I do not use these daily. You can take out the wipe easily; there are two flaps that you need to open – the strong plastic one and then a plastic sheet. The packaging is very good. I love it!

The size of the sheet is a bit smaller than other normal wipes but that is okay since you need not put in extra efforts while removing makeup. The wipes are soft, smooth and easy to use. They do not hurt, burn or irritate the skin in any way. These wipes contain lemon peel oil, orange peel oil and extra virgin olive oil, hence every single wipe is moist and oily. These wipes have a very fresh and zesty fragrance of olives and some citrus fruit.

I know some might not like these oily wipes for their skin, but I do not mind. These wipes work as an oil cleanser, which means they remove all the dirt and makeup with ease but you need to follow up with a cleanser to wash off extra oily film from the skin. Another plus point is that these wipes nourish and moisturise your skin while cleansing it. Hence, your skin does not feel parched or stretchy afterwards. Again, using a cleanser after using a wipe might not appeal many (lazy) people. 😉

The green tea cleansing oil burns the eye area even with a slight touch but this one is better in that respect. These wipes remove all sorts of stubborn makeup easily and you might require 1-2 wipes for one-time use, depending on the amount and type of makeup you’re wearing. One wipe easily removes my base makeup, lipstick, mascara and eyeliner. I might have to use another one with heavy eye makeup and heavy coverage base makeup. These wipes are great for usual cleansing too. You can remove dirt and deeply cleanse your skin with one wipe.

Overall, I love these wipes. These are just amazing. These cleanse the skin well, nourish it and keep it moisturised. Just that sometimes I do not like the fact that I need to follow up with a cleanser. :/ But that’s okay, considering Johnson’s and Beauty Formulas ones sting my skin a little.

  1. Hello Shikha,

Seems like a good pick, especially with approaching winters. I am one of those lazy lumps who’d do not like to follow up with a facewash. I like to either use a makeup remover, wipes or face cleanser. Any one. I must improve on this habit. Thanks for the detailed review
