  1. Hi guys,
I know this comment is irrelevent here but didnt know where else to tell this. A big Thaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaank YOU to all imbb’ians. Yesterday was my son’s first birthday and we had his ‘ayushomam’ function. I dressed compeltely based on IMBB recomondations. I wore a nine yards Kancheevaram saree in deep maroon with a neon green zari border. Had a mix of gold and stone jwellery on me. And on the makeup side, Kryolan paint stick, Maybelline kajal, lakme liquid liner, rimmel london mascara, lip balm and oriflame lipstick in deep maroon and kryolan pigment blush and eye shadow.

Man the compliments I got was amazing. My whole clan wanted to know how i got transformed into this damsel and i told all of them to follow imbb relegiously. Now this day was important to me and IMBB didnt let me down. I thank all of you for the advice support and inspiration. On a special note I would like to thank Neha and Parita for their excellent write ups on lipsticks, face make up and eotds! Thanks a tonnne girlies for making my day wonderful!

  2. Sorry for big but not relevant pragnya. Answering your question, please use curry leaf and hibiscus flower paste on your hair once a week before shampooing. it gives a nice black colour. And regular oiling of hair defenitly works!

    1. Sandhya,do u tie ur nine yards urself.?if yues, the u r gr8 ๐Ÿ™‚ worship worship.. ๐Ÿ™‚
i always go to elders and granies for tat..but i love tat style of saree ๐Ÿ™‚

      1. Hey Rama that really encourages me. I will try to post them once i get the pics! A traditional OOTD ha ha ha. Ya i can drape a nine yards myself ๐Ÿ™‚

  3. Hi Sandhya,

Share the pics na,Im already loving ur saree description, its high time we see a traditional OOTD :))

    Pragnya P,

Fenugreek paste helps to a great extent

  4. Natural hair colour cant be changed, its in your DNA just like the type of hair. Sesame oil might give a darker shade to your hair

  5. eating curry leaves (quite impossible but one should try it) and applying hibiscus flower paste helps in darkening the hair well.

  6. Hi pragnaya
Its a dadi’s remedie kind bt vd regular use …u’l defntly gt d rslt…Nw Tk any iron utensil n prepare a mixture of amla, shikakai and reetha vd heena n water .Thn keep it covered for atleast 3 to 4 days b4 whn u hv to apply…it should be done once in 15days…gurantd dis vl wrk… ๐Ÿ™‚

  7. Indigo mixed with henna … especially works if you’re greying. I’ve never tried it, but if you google it there are a bunch of links explaining the process and also pictures that document the results!

  8. the hairs have natural color as u cant change the color of eyes same way without henna or chemicals cant change the color of hairs….sad but true………
so i suggest use herbal black henna powder oil or use black amla reetha and sheekakai water its natural dye u may get the black hairs but the result are temporarily
