My Experience with John Frieda Frizz Ease Beyond Smooth Frizz Immunity Primer:
The primer comes in a long cylindrical bottle with a pump dispenser. This bottle comes packed in a silver colored cardboard packaging. This outer packaging has product details like product description, ingredients list, etc. The pearly white plastic bottle has a metallic pump dispenser with a purple nozzle. All the product details are printed on this bottle as well. The bottle is sleek and lightweight. So, it can be easily carried around. The pump dispenser has a twist and lock mechanism, which makes it even more travel friendly and leak-proof. Overall, the packaging is good and I do not have any issues with it.
The primer is creamy white in color. It has a mild fragrance, so it will not bother those sensitive noses. The smell is fresh and stays for long. My hair smells nice almost whole day. The consistency of the product is creamy. It is neither too thick nor too runny. The consistency is just right to work on the hair properly. The texture is light and it is thicker than usual hair serums.
It can be used on styled or normal hair. It suitable for all hair types, curly, wavy or straight. Two pumps of the product are required to work properly on my mid-length hair. I am glad that it does not weigh down my hair. But using too much of product might do that. I have always battled with frizzy hair so I stick to Kerastasé Elixir Ultime Oleo Complexe. No matter how much I experiment with my makeup, skin and hair care products, but I have been sticking to Kerastasé for some 3-4 years. This is the first time I tried something new. And I am really impressed with it.
It tames the frizz amazingly without making my hair greasy. I apply it right after washing my hair or sometimes with blow-drying my hair and I am impressed that there is no frizz. It makes my hair smooth and gives an incredible silky feel. It gave my hairstyle a sleek finish. The formula claims to be enriched with coconut oil. Most of such products make hair greasy and oily but this one keeps my hair grease free. The primer adds a relative amount of moisture to my hair. My hair becomes manageable and smooth. My hair looks so shiny and healthy even in such humid weather. It keeps my hair frizz free for more than 12 hours even in humid weather. When I wake up in the morning, normal brushing makes my hair good to go. It really smoothens out the roughness of my hair. Overall, I absolutely love this product. It really works and smells great!
