My Experience with John Frieda Frizz Ease Straight Fixation Styling Crème:

My dry and frizzy hair looks like a broomstick. I always need something keep my hair smooth, straight and frizz-free. I was tempted so see this product from the house of John Frieda. Without blabbering much, let’s get into the product review. Let’s start with the packaging of the product; the hair crème comes in a pearly white plastic squeeze tube. The tube closes with a shiny purple flip cap, which shuts with a click sound and gives a sort of mental satisfaction that it will not create any mess while travelling around. The tube has bright purple and pink detailing on it. The tube carries all the important details about the product like its description, ingredients list, etc. Overall, the packaging is good and travel friendly.

The crème smells nice, fresh and fruity like all John Frieda products. I cannot distinguish the exact smell but it smells good. The smell is not overpowering but it may slightly irritate people with sensitive noses. I really like the smell of the product; I really love smelling my hair every now and then. The smell stays on my hair really long.

The hair crème is milky white in color. The consistency of the product is neither too thick nor very runny, but still, it is slightly on the runnier side. The crème takes a few minutes to get absorbed into the hair. It never felt oily on my hair. It spreads on my hair evenly.

I use this hair crème straight after washing my hair. Then, I style my hair with my hair dryer. It locks the hairstyle in place for long and keeps them straight. Without blow drying it just acts as a normal leave-in conditioner and does nothing to make the hair straighter. It keeps my hair so soft, smooth and manageable without making it oily or greasy. A little amount is good enough to work on my mid-length hair. Using too much product might make the hair greasy and sticky, which is quite difficult to fix. After using this hair crème, there is no frizz at all.

It works amazingly in this humid weather. When, I use this product, my hair becomes so manageable; but when I stop using it, problems come again. This is really a miraculous product and I absolutely love it! I have really stopped straightening my hair as just blow-drying is enough with this hair crème. My hair looks well groomed and bouncy. I have not noticed any harmful effects like hair fall or anything after using the product regularly. I have been using it every alternate day for about a month now but it has not made any damage to my hair. The crème has ‘thermagaurd’ content like the brand says. So, it is pretty safe to be used with heat tools like dryers and flat irons. I sometimes use this hair crème before using my flat iron. It keeps the hair as soft and straight even after many hours of application and looks like I have done the styling a few minutes ago.

The effects last for more than 15-16 hours, which is really amazing. Its 24 hours claim is not true. But, my hair looks so manageable and smooth when I wake up next morning. Overall, this product is amazing and does what it claims.
