Here is a review of a product I bought on an impulse and was fortunate enough to find good reviews online. Usually lip liners are skinny and pricey, this product is skinny but pocket friendly hence is a total steal. For everyday look I like to wear subtle browns and pinks but like I whined in my previous posts that I have pigmented lips and lipsticks look very unflattering on my lips without a concealer and lip liner underneath which gives me an even toned canvas to work with.

My Take on Jordana Tawny Easy Lip Liner:
I personally like Lakme 9 to 5 lip liner and Rimmel liners but to add other brands in my vanity I tried out these Jordana lip liners which turned out to be really good. I have already tried two shades in the past and enjoyed wearing them so I went ahead and bought this brown one as well.
Packaging: Skinny twist up pencil with a cap on top. The packaging seems a little fragile but so far it has not betrayed me.
Texture: Lip liners should be creamy and easy to work with and this product fulfill those norms. It’s easy to work with, glides easily and gives good coverage. Since the tip is so soft, it is prone to breakage hence has to be dealt with care.
Color: Soft brown shade which reminds me of chai latte.
Pigmentation: Awesome pigmentation and I say this because it covered flaws of my pigmented lips with ease. It defined my lips with ease and acted as a smooth canvas to apply bright lip shades and if lipstick goes astray, it helps to fix it as a reverse liner.
Shimmer and Shine: No shimmer and shine; it gives a matte finish.
Wear Time: Once applied, it does stay put and also prolongs wear time of lipstick. However, after meals one might need to do a little touch up but otherwise it makes even a regular lipstick stay for an entire day.
Conclusion: I am so happy that I found a cheap yet awesome product. I was very skeptic while buying it but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. There are 12 shades available which can act as a base for any type of lipstick shade; this eliminates the need to purchase those expensive yet not so potent lip liners.
