How are you all doing? I am finally enrolling myself into a fashion designing course as that is what I always wanted to do. I am too late I know, after being a BMS graduate I am supposed to enter the corporate world. But sincerely I don’t like doing that office and paperwork work. I am very happy that I am doing what I want to be. You might have seen some of my OOtd’s where I designed a lehenga for myself and a saree for my mom. I just want to take my passion further and see where I end up. So that was about the new beginning. Today I am sharing a gold product from Khadi, I was done with a previous massage gel from khadi, so thought of trying this one. Let’s detail it up.

My experience with Khadi Gold Herbal Facial Massage Gel:

I have a very good experience with all khadi massage gels and love using them, so when I saw this gel I picked it up at once. This massage gel comes in a small plastic tub. Due to the tiny size it can be carried anywhere. Half a spoonful is required for massage. The gel is transparent with small gold particles; it actually looks pretty in the tub. They claim that those are real gold particles called swarna bhasma but I don’t think they are real. Gold in 150 bucks pot is not possible, is it? The gel is very smooth and glides nicely on the skin. It is thick enough to be massaged over the face. The fragrance is beautiful of sandalwood and smells like an incense stick we use during poojas. The smell lingers around even after the massage is done, but it is mild not at all bothersome. The massage goes on for 5 minutes and then the gel gets absorbed and I wash it off. But use a little water in between massaging if you want the massage process to be a bit longer.

The best way to use this is keep in the refrigerator. The chilling and icy feeling on the face along with the fragrance is a wonderful experience. It makes my face super hydrated and moisturized. It takes away all the dryness from the face. My upper lip was very dry but after using this it became smooth and soft. My skin felt baby soft and looked glowing after using it. I use it almost every-day and notice a healthy glow and freshness each day. But the effects are somewhat temporary as the face starts looking dull after a while. But the make-up application is really smooth after you are done with a massage. Overall it is a decent massage gel to be sued everyday for glowing and healthy skin.

Pros of Khadi Gold Herbal Facial Massage Gel:

-Small tub packaging which is easy to carry
-Comes in a gel form which spreads on the skin like a dream
-It has gold particles in it called swarna bhasma
-It has an invigorating fragrance of sandalwood which is very relaxing
-A good massage can be given to the face for 5-10 minutes
-It actually takes away all the dryness from the skin giving it a boost of moisture and hydration
-My skin looks glowing and super soft after the massage
-It becomes very easy and smooth to apply the make-up after the massage

Cons of Khadi Gold Herbal Facial Massage Gel:

-The effects of the massage that is the glowing face are temporary results
-I don’t think it contains actual gold particles

Will I repurchase/recommend it?

Yes I will recommend it to the ladies who are looking out for a decent massage gel for everyday use. I would actually go for the rose and aloe vera massage gel from the same brand because it has an edge over this one.

Conclusion: I love how it makes my skin baby soft in just 10 minutes of massage. Keep it in the refrigerator and use the chilled icy gel and you feel like in paradise!
