Hello Ladies,

Today I am reviewing Khadi Herbal Lavender Fairness Lotion. This product is a part of my search for a good moisturizing lotion which perfectly suits my skin. Let’s see does it turn out to be one. My Experience with Khadi Herbal Lavender Fairness Lotion

I saw this lotion when I was browsing some online shopping sites and then immediately ordered it from Flipkart. After using it for almost a month, I think it’s the right time to share my experience with you all. Firstly, the claim of this lotion of being a fairness product was not the reason of me picking this one as I believe in having even toned skin rather than a fair one. The product comes in flip-cap bottle which has another lid cover inside the cap. It is a very light lavender color lotion which gets quickly absorbed in the skin. The fragrance of lavender is mild and that is exactly what I needed. However I did not find skin softening effect even after using it for a month. Being of normal-to-dry skin type, I think that the moisturizing level of this lotion was a bit low (even after having Shea butter as one of the highlighted ingredient). I felt the need of applying it again after a span of an hour. Yes, it worked really well to even out the skin tone and lightening of blemish. Also the quantity provided is worth the price charged for the product. My bottle is not even half emptied after using it for a month. To sum up, according to me it is an average product for people of my skin type.

Pros of Khadi Herbal Lavender Fairness Lotion

• Light moisturizer that blends well in skin.
• Free from paraben.
• Even out skin tone up to some extend

Cons of Khadi Lavender Fairness Lotion

• Doesn’t make skin soft.
• Less moisturizing level which is not enough for dry or normal to dry skin people.

Will I buy this again? Not sure. I am neither disappointed nor satisfied with the product. But I am definitely not buying this again and my search will go on for a good moisturizer.

Point I give this product: 3/5 (2 points deducted. 1 for low moisture and other for not providing the softness which it claimed to deliver)

Final Verdict: In all, it can turn out to be a good product for normal skin people but it is definitely not for people looking for good moisturizing properties.

I completely agree with you Neha. Even if their packaging is not that catchy, there is some sort of an eagerness to give them a try. :)
