Lip liners/pencils are a must in our collection! I love lipsticks which is why I automatically drag towards lip liners. I mostly use the Jordana lip liners but I just thought I should give something else a try. This time, I picked up the crazy affordable Kleancolor Lip and Eyeliner in the shade Chestnut. Read on to find out my thoughts on this product.

My Experience with Kleancolor Retractable Waterproof Lip/Eyeliner in Chestnut:
Texture: The texture is so smooth and buttery that the first time I put it on my eyes, the pointed lid broke! This was a little disappointing and now I have to be extra careful when I use it. But aside from this fact, the texture is incredible.
Pigmentation: The pigmentation is insane. I used this on my lips, waterline, and also on my lash line. One swipe and you will have the shimmery pink colour shining. I love the texture and pigmentation. You cannot use this for the lips; it is too shiny for the lips.
The swatches on the website are nothing compared to the shade I picked up. On the site, it is a matte brownish colour and like the name suggests, Chestnut (the shade I purchased), I thought it would be brownish or dark nude but it turned out to be pink with a metallic look. I am upset about the colour because it is totally misleading but the product is good. They have provided a sharper which is confusing because the pencil is retractable. I laughed a lot looking at the sharper (I don’t know why :P).
Anyways, the pigmentation and texture is amazing. But you have to be careful when you use this because it is prone to breaking quickly. Other than that, it has a metallic finish and is not meant for the lips. It looks so funny on the lips! The good thing is that it can be smudged out nicely. I did put it on my lid and smudged it out to try it out and it looked great. Also, when I used it in my waterline, it did not irritate my sensitive eyes at all which is incredible. The pencil stayed on my lips for 2 hours only but it stayed for 4 hours on my eyes.I did not use any primer because I wanted to see the wear time of this product. The product claims to be waterproof but it is not.
Overall, this product is not a necessity in your vanity. But if you are looking for a low-priced eye pencil, then you can buy one of these from the collection. They have a variety of colours which are given the wrong names and also the picture of the swatch is just misguiding.

• Prone to breaking because it is so soft.

I am going to use this product for the eyes because it did not irritate my sensitive eyes but I am not going to repurchase it.
