Hello Everyone,

I am a huge fan of the brand Korres, which is Greek brand, mainly due to the fact that this company is dedicated to providing products made without all the harmful ingredients such as parabens etc. This review will be on the Korres body butter in the Guava variant.

My Experience with Korres Guava Body Butter:

I also have the Korres body butter in the Jasmine variant which I have reviewed here and have been pretty happy with.

Packaging:
Comes in a simple squeeze tube packaging with a cap.

Texture/ Consistency:
This body butter is super thick, rich and luxurious. Since it is so thick it can be difficult to spread this body butter onto the skin easily it requires a lot of rubbing for it to get warmed up and melt onto the skin. I find the best time to apply this product is right out of the shower when the skin is warm and slightly damp which made the spreading of the cream easier.

Feel and Performance:
This body butter is very hydrating which my normal – dry skin loves. I know I would especially enjoy the immense hydration this body butter provides during the dry winter season and this body butter does feel a bit heavy for the summer time. In the summers, I only stick to using this product over my elbows, knees and places where my skin tends to get dry and crack.

Fragrance:
The scent of this body butter is sweet and fruity. I do not detect any strong notes of the guava fruit itself instead it just smells fruity to me. It does not smell fake or chemical. It does linger on to skin for an hour or so which I enjoy as it makes me feel fresher longer.

  1. I love products that are made without harmful ingredients. Also, I really like the face that it comes in a tube, not tub. 🙂

    1. Yes I love the hygienic packageing.. Nothing grosses me out more than dipping fingers in a tub over and over again
