Let me begin my own verdict about the lipstick. I hate it!
I saw it loved the packaging picked it up but hate it to the core.
You can see in one of the pictures that is how the lipstick dries up and shows on my lips minutes after applying. I have not rubbed it to show it to you guys.
What can I say about this lipstick am completely blank.
It is a waste of money and why I can’t seem to figure out.
If it is this way only on my lips or on all but yes really what a waste.
Not only does it come with a lip balm but even that little white stick does not work.
The weird thing about the lipstick is that it goes smooth or at least close to it on my hand but the moment I put it on my lips it dries up and segregates itself.
Pro of buying this L’Oreal lipstick:
• Only the packaging.
BIG BAD CONS OF BUYING THE L’OREAL LIPSTICK:
• I did not at first understand that how can a lipstick behave like this . But then I realised no matter what lip balm I put underneath it ,it is going to do what it was doing with the normal lip balm that came with the lipstick.
• I am so disappointed with this lipstick. Not only the colour is darker than what it looks on the tube but how normal it is for a lipstick to behave like this. If any one of you has tried this one please let me know if it worked well for you. Though I still doubt if I would ever, ever repurchase it again.
• Also am confused and angry I do not want to throw this away as I brought it for about 9 dollars a year ago and I do not know what to do with it.
• As far as other people’s opinion, some of them have really been able to use it but I have not. Those who have also complain that it made their lips appear 10 years older due to the dryness and wrinkles appeared which they never knew were there. Fine lines that is.
• I regret buying this would not recommend it and will not try any lipstick from this range next time.
• IT HAS FAILED ON ME.
Rating of minus :-* on 5 due to my money wastage and disappointment of a kind I have never seen.

Oh Dear!!! Thats baad!!!! You know-for long-I have this feeling -that our lipstick purchases would have been safer had there been lip testers-sometimes the lippys feel and look one way on the back of palm-but they bomb on the lips

Hey flygirl, it’s sucha pity, even i bought a revlon colourstay for close to 700 bucks and it did just the same on me, results in dry, chapped and weird tight lips. such a waste of money. :X

such a pity – and it was such a nice colour when swatched on your hand, too.
I had picked 3 of these a couple of years back at Kunchals for around Rs 750 and my experience was exactly like yours. I hated them. They would end up being tiny bits on my lips. To put them to some use, I pulled out the white balm to carry as a standalone. But with oriflame tender care in my purse too, I never used these.

i saw this somewhere else and it had a lip gloss sort off application :/ for the top coat :/

the problem is not with the product..when u use any kind of long stay lipstick, it tends to dry out ur lips, so u need to exfoliate ur lips before u apply d lipstick or else ur lips will look cracked…

From what i can read in the cover picture, the instructions say
Step 1 = First apply the Lipcolor, let it dry
Step 2 = Then apply the top coat (the white lip balm kinda thing)
I felt you are doing the reverse (what we otherwise normally do) thing

this is the flip side to long stay ones, but this is really bad, if it doesnt work with a lipbalm underneath then what does it work with. why dont you melt this lipstick with some lipbalm and use it like that. the shade is a lovely one and with 9dollars as a price tag you would not want to waste it ..
