My Experience with La Roche Posay Substiane Serum:
The serum comes housed in a transparent glass pump bottle with the brand name and product name written on the front and the rest of the details are mentioned at the back of the bottle.
This serum claims to plump, smooth, improve elasticity and firm skin and this serum does what it says. It is also paraben free and is suitable for sensitive skin. Generally, serums that I have used in the past were quite liquidy but, the consistency of La Roche Posay Substiane serum is quite thick when compared to other serums. This has a very mild fresh scent to it. This serum spreads easily on the skin and makes your skin soft and smooth instantly; it is quite hydrating also.
People with oily or combination skin can use this without even putting any moisturiser on but, since I have quite dry skin, I do need a little moisturiser on top of it. This doesn’t sink into the skin completely but, this also doesn’t feel tacky or sticky. My skin feels hydrated, soft and smooth to touch. This doesn’t have any SPF in it so, you need to apply a sunscreen on top of it. I have used this serum for over 40 days now and I feel my skin has become smoother and softer.
