I have been a fan of these new Lakme lipsticks the creme and these too.I was amazed to see the color range they have launched recently which you might have seen in my haul. The colors are hottest pink and pretty reds,this one too is a perfect 10/10 red.It has this gel lipstick feel which is super good.There is no cakey layer at all.

The packaging could be little boring honestly. These do click lock in place and our very sturdy but still I like other Lakme packaging and the creme lipsticks better.These are from the matte range but you will be shocked at how smooth and gel like it is, no cakiness at all.I was amazed to see a very thin even layer of pigmentation when I applied it.

The lipstick is not dry at all, in fact it would not feel like a lipstick at all.It needs to be applied well evenly in between lip lines as this could emphasize the crevices.The color is super pigmented.this red is a pink based red and this would brighten any complexion.This is a red for all skin tones.

The color does not get patchy at all, it is a very even toned red and survives meals etc, it lasts very long, close to 5-6 hours without drying.If you apply two layers then I suspect this would be drying and dry lips could also test it out once.But flaky lips will need to work for a smooth base as the lipstick is so smooth, it just glides like a no-cakey feel and there is no color on the lips, it feels so light.

Overall I am super impressed with this pinkish blue red, please try it if you are a red lip lover.This color really brings out the features and also is non-drying, pigmented, smooth and long lasting. The texture will remind you of L’Oreal moist mattes.
