So, today I’ll be reviewing my first ever Lakmé Enrich Satin Lipstick! It’s from the new range that’s recently come out. I chose this particular one as I’m into light coloured lipsticks nowadays. Was it my best buy? Read on to know 😀

My Experience with Lakmé Enrich Satin P167 Lipstick :

I bought this lipstick after checking its tester out. It looked like one of the fresh shades from this range and that’s why I bought it. I’m into pastel shades nowadays, so this seemed like a good pick. When you swatch the shade, you realize it’s a complete coral (between orange & pink but not peach, & is towards the pink-ish side). The staying power of the lipstick is really good and the price it comes at is amazing! It sets into a semi-matte finish, which I like and it looks beautiful when applied. The shade is the kind of coral I love. It’s not towards the orange side, thankfully! It will look best on fair to medium skin tones. The shimmer is the downside of this lipstick because it’s just too much! Even when you remove it, the shimmer tends to transfer on and around the lips. All in all, I’m happy with my purchase 😀

Strengths of Lakmé Enrich Satin P167 Lipstick :

• Pretty pink-coral shade but still more on the pink side.
• Creamy application sets into a semi-matte finish.
• Survives through light meals.
• Inexpensive.
• Availability is not an issue.
• Quite long-lasting.
• No gritty feeling in spite of glitter being present.
• Does not transfer quickly.
• Great shade for this season!

Flaws of Lakmé Enrich Satin P167 Lipstick :

• Awful lot of glitter/shimmer which tends to transfer!
• The lipstick might twist slowly or get stuck while twisting.
• Shelf life not mentioned on the lipstick.
• They could’ve named the lipstick, numbers sound so weird!

Conclusion :
It’s one of the perfect shades for this season as it’s in between pink and coral but more on the pink side. I would totally give you the green signal for it if only it didn’t have so much shimmer in it! Otherwise, this product is a steal!

Yes, mind you, the shade is pretty but the glitter is too much!
