My experience with Laura Mercier Crème Brûlée Soufflé Body Crème
I picked up two bath and body products from Laura Mercier. One of them is this creme brulee souffle body creme. It is basically a rich body creme and honestly it is one of the nicest body cremes I have used (performance wise).

I use it right after shower every time and it leaves my skin so soft and moist. Plus the best part is that in winter days it keeps my skin soft hydrated until the next day. It is a rich body cream but spreads easily. it also gets absorbed quickly without leaving any greasiness behind.

The ingredients are quite yummy and include shea butter, coffee, macadamia seed oil, glycerin cinnamon and sweet almond oil.

It comes packed in this wide mouthed thick plastic jar. The packaging is simple bit it still looks luxurious. Although the jar packaging is not very hygienic, after using so many TBS body butters I am pretty used to of using them. So I don’t mind them much.

Coming to the scent. It smells of a sweet vanilla caramel. I mean it is good enough to eat. And honestly it actually smells quite authentic of a saccharine sweet warm pastry. And it stays until the next day. Even your clothes smell of sweet vanilla(y). For me personally it is quite a strong fragrance and despite how lovely the cream is, I don’t enjoy the fragrance too much. Honestly if you like sweet warm fragrances, you would heads over heels in love with this one. For me, it is a yummy fragrance when it comes to eating something warm and sweet along with a cup of coffee but not so much when it comes to applying on my body.

So I may not repurchase the same fragrance but I would definitely repurchase this in another fragrance.
I’d say I have a love-hate relationship with this one.
