Lip Smacker Clear Shine Lip Gloss Review

I remember getting these clear lip glosses from Priceline [a drug store in Australia]. I was a lip gloss freak then, I am better now and usually I go for clear or light pink gloss as I go to my university and can’t go with bright coloured lips. At that stage all I could afford were drug store cosmetics as I was earning from my part time job at McDonalds and it was not sufficient enough for me to splurge. Reminiscing those wonderful days.. Ok let me do it later and now I shall review these pretty glosses.

The price of the gloss would be around $3 [AUD] and I have no idea whether they are available here in India. My cousin sent me these glosses from Australia recently. I have got 2 variants of this gloss– strawberry and watermelon. I am using the strawberry one currently and it smells so really like strawberry that I can’t resist licking. I have used the watermelon gloss before and it has the same effect too No wonder why they named it as lip smackers.

The gloss leaves a super shiny finish and it lasts for a decent good time. It is not very sticky and thus I feel comfortable wearing it on my lips. I could feel the smell all the time until the shine of the gloss is there. As the shine fades the smell fades with it too. I use it just directly on my lips or also on top of my lip sticks. Both ways it works great and looks great as well.

Pros of Lip Smacker Clear Shine Lip Gloss

• It lasts for good 3-4 hrs.
• Pocket friendly, one of the inexpensive ones in my collection.
• The gloss is not very sticky.
• It smells soooooo good that if you can resist yourself from licking this then hats off to you.
• Comes in different flavours, I can remember around four approximately. I am sure they had more.
• The applicator is soft and at the same time very convenient to use.

Cons of of Lip Smacker Clear Shine Lip Gloss
• Not sure of the availability in India.

1 point taken for the availability and also I wish they introduced different colours along with the flavours. I am sure everyone would go crazy about these glosses.

Will I Repurchase? Yes. When I finish this I will ask my cousin to send more. I don’t think I will ever get bored with this.
