My Experience with Lipice Rose Pink Lip Crayon:

The crayon comes in a clear plastic casing. The lip crayon comes wrapped up with a clear plastic packaging that bears the ingredients list. The crayon has a plain color-coded plastic body and it does not have anything written on it. The color-coded body and cap makes this crayon easy to spot in makeup stash. It has a sticker at its base that indicates the shade name. The crayon comes with a nice retractable mechanism which works pretty smoothly. The crayon is easy to use and does not require any sharpening.

The shade “Rose Pink” is a gorgeous dark rose pink lip color. There are no shimmers or glitters in this crayon. I can’t even tell you how much I am in love with the color. This color instantly brightens up my face. It is a lovely shade that can be easily worn to college or work. It will flatter fair skin tones nicely. The crayon has a lovely pigmentation. It gives a sheer wash of pink to the lips and gives a natural finish with just one swipe. One can easily build up the color with multiple swipes and make the color more intense. I have applied just two coats in the lip swatch below and you can easily spot how pigmented the crayon is! It hides dark patches of the lips with multiple swipes. The crayon has a nice minty fragrance. It gives an intense cooling sensation to the lips instantly upon application. I really love this minty feel of this crayon on my lips. The lip color sets to a nice glossy finish.

The texture of the lip crayon is soft and smooth. It is super creamy and glides effortlessly on the lips without any tug. The texture is like that of a lip balm. The lip color feels light on the lips. It does not feel thick or waxy. The formula is nice and very moisturizing. It keeps my lips nourished and hydrated for long. It never dries out my lips, but the color clings to the dry patches of the lips very easily. So, prepping the lips is mandatory prior to application. Being creamy in texture, the lip color transfers a lot. The lip color bleeds a little after a few hours of application. So, applying a lip liner is a must to keep the lipstick in place.

The staying power of the lip crayon is around 4-5 hours on my lips with constant sipping, but it does not survive a full meal. After a heavy meal, the color goes away & settles into the fine lines of the lips. Removing the lip color is pretty easy, just a wet wipe will do the job. It does not stain the lips at all and gets removed very neatly. Overall, I like this lip crayon.
