My Experience with L’oreal Hair Spa Repairing Creambath for Damaged and Sensitized Hair:

You might have seen these tubs all over the shelves of salons, parlours, beauty stores and many more places, so no introduction needed for these. But what needs to be conveyed is that a lot of you might not be aware that these tubs come in different variants which can be picked according to the hair type. They have tubs for dry hair, damaged hair, normal hair and what not! This time I picked the “Repairing creambath” because more than my hair being dry, they were damaged due to chemical treatments and bad handling; hence I passed on the older tub to my mom. The tub as you all have seen on the store shelves, comes in a fat sky blue tub which is hugely filled up with the creambath. Earlier, I had spotted a few small packs but I think they have been discontinued and this is the only available. But I think this is a very excellent deal because the quantity will last up to a year or so as this is a weekly treatment.

The pricing is great, so no product from a professional brand can really compete with this. The tub is definitely not travel-friendly but when I use to travel, I just used to take a dollop and carry it a different little container. The creambath comes in white colour and extremely thick and that is the way hair spa has to be. Just a small scoop is required at once, as it spreads amazingly and that scoop will cover the ends and the shaft too. I use it in the place of a conditioner after shampooing my hair. The way to use it is apply taking a few strands together in partitions till your finish all the hair. That is how it gets applied effectively even in the inner areas. I can feel that it is working because the moment I apply my hair starts getting smoother. Also when I find a good amount of time, I take a steam on my hair after applying this and that it how it works even better and efficiently. I keep it undisturbed for like 15-20 minutes and then rinse it off.
Also there are some little ampoules available which when used with this give even better results rather say the most effective results but they are pretty pricey, so it totally depends on your whether to splurge or save! While rinsing the product out of my hair, I can easily make out that it has been detangled perfectly and a dose of smoothness was given by the creambath. I let my hair air-dry without using a serum because it makes my hair manageable on its own, so no need of a serum. If you have very dry or unmanageable locks, then you might need a serum. I can instantly feel them being very smooth, soft and it was free from all the kinks and knots.

I could see that my hair were silky smooth. I can see my hair colour dazzling at its highest peak. Hair ends seem to be frizz free for say 3-4 days. And then I can see my ends getting a bit frizzy but the hair shaft remains smooth and manageable. Yes it did show a drastic improvement in my hair but only when used regularly. I could see that my hair were recovering soon and they looked pretty natural the way they were before. They are softer, silkier and shinier than usual. No matter how much you play with tongs and flat irons the entire week, this will help your hair to get back to normal in just a day; wouldn’t it be worth it then? I think this is by far the best hair spa that I have used. Adding to it, they have an entire range available which would show even better results than what I got. So no more salon visits, just get this range and have an ultimate hair spa session at home.

Cons of L’oreal Hair Spa Repairing Creambath for Damaged and Sensitized Hair:

Will I Recommend L’oreal Hair Spa Repairing Creambath for Damaged and Sensitized Hair?

Yes, absolutely! It is totally worth it. I went to the salon to get a hair spa done and I picked the L’oreal one and this is the thing that they use. The lady shampooed my hair, and applied this strand by strand and kept it for 15-20 minutes, washed it off and applied a serum. And it was done! And I paid her for this 😛 I could have done this myself and decided to do so. You ladies can do the same too. So go ahead and get this sturdy tub 

Conclusion:
As we need a Sunday after a tedious routine of work and daily life, our hair needs this break too. So go ahead and pamper your hair with this because your hair deserves this.

    1. hey I am glad you liked it 🙂 it did not really weigh down my hair.. my hair looked the same as before.. they did not look flat or thin.. in-fact they were naturally bouncy 🙂 it won’t give any volume, neither will it take away your natural volume… 🙂 even if the results differ a bit.. they will get back to normal the second day.. so no worries.. its a must try 🙂
