I usually don’t lean into foundations for various reasons but I caved because my horrid under-eye dark circles just wouldn’t disappear with BB Cream or CC Cream. While shopping with my mom last week, I’d happen to pick this up. If you girls want to know how it went down with this foundation, keep reading.

My Take On L’Oreal Paris Le Teint True Match Super Blendable Liquid Foundation:

This product contains SPF 17 PA++ and it comes in many different shades ranging from cold to warm shades. The fact that it has SPF is always a plus because sun protection is a essential and we all know it. This product has got a smooth texture and it isn’t too runny or watery. It’s easy to spread on the skin and blending isn’t a problem too. It blends seamlessly and can be applied in any way whatsoever. You may use a brush, sponge, beauty blender and even your fingers, you’ll end up with flawless and natural looking skin. I actually expected for this to feel really heavy on the skin as my past foundations also felt really heavy on, but I was pleasantly surprised to find that it feels light-weight on the skin, almost like how I BB Cream would feel, which I can absolutely appreciate. I didn’t dread putting it on and it didn’t make my skin feel uncomfortable.

This also doesn’t clog pores, irritate my skin and I had no breakouts from this. Another plus, it doesn’t make large pores or pimples obvious. But sadly, this does accentuate dry patches, fine lines and wrinkles. This product offers medium to high coverage and I actually find my self using only a under-eye concealer. This manages to cover my redness, pimple scars and a little bit of my under-eye dark circles and it instantly brightens up my complexion. But I’d recommend just putting a thin layer as it’ll already offer a ton of coverage, however if you pile on layers, it’ll make your skin look dull.

This does not contain any fragrances, so those whom dislike fragrance product, I deem this product fragrance-less. I wouldn’t say this is super hydrating, I actually find that it goes on horrible if you’ve got dry skin so my dry skin girls out there, I’m sorry but this isn’t for you and I’ll find you girls something next time. Why? Your skin will look flakey, cakey and it’ll just be a disaster. Not fun, trust me.

I’d say it is long-lasting and stays on all day long even without a primer. It does fade a tiny bit but you won’t really notice it and no one else will too. So if you’ve got a long day ahead or you’re probably just too lazy to touch up, this product is a life-saver on those days.

Packaging wise, it comes in a glass bottle so you have got to be extra careful with this or it could turn out to be a horrible mess and while I’m on the topic, it isn’t travel friendly. That glass bottle could seriously shatter and you don’t want that. But the packaging is attractive and it’s small in size so it’s pretty easy to carry around. It also has press nozzle so it’s pretty easy to control how much product you want to use.

Would I repurchase L’oreal Paris Le Teint True Match Super Blendable Liquid Foundation?

I might if I ever need foundation again but I’m up for trying new ones too. I’d say it’s worth a second look and maybe a purchase.
